"Fear of failure must never be a reason not to try something ." Of course as a normal human being, in one way or another we are sometimes held back by fear of initiating something new be it changing our traditional bad habits or starting a career. To be truthful, fear has killed tens of thousands of otherwise what could be prosperous careers that could be an epitome of solving many problems that are choking humanity today.
So as a career person, when and how do you negotiate these nightmares of fear of failure? One thing you need to a acquaint yourself with is that , in the real world, failure is inevitable and every living human being at one facet or another will grapple with failure whether through careless mistakes or brought about by the mistakes of those people associated with. Indecision not to be factored out is also an ingredient of failure in its own right. Therefore, you as a career person, in your novice and baby step must never be afraid of putting your best foot in a frying pan.
Life is for the unashamed to challenge common time routines and perspectives. Go out to the forest despite the fact that danger looms freely. Sometimes those snakes and lions that we so much tread have better things to do other than making a meal out of you. Don't just sit there and stare in the air. Command your courage and walk unattenuated road. Move into your career whether you have what you have defined in your objectives as necessary materials or resources to jump start you off.
Sometimes you need the authenticity of the ground to understand better whether resources is what is pulling you off or you're your own obstacle because of your indecision. Fear of failure must never be a reason not to try something. Take your time and interpret this perspective from Fredrick Smith and start charting that which has been a question of procrastination for too long now. See you soon
