What of Drooped Character?
So they say is one of the common characteristics of immature people who if anything do very little to improve their thought patterns and how they handle their lives everyday. Their life is full of muddles yet they are unperturbed of how they act. That some people in society have reduced their lives into a scene of scandals is not an understatement. Speaking on top of their voices and shouting at each other especially when in an argument is a common scenario here. And when we talk of drooped character, we are not particularly talking of one person in this context. This behavior is widely spread across our lives in our daily lives. Questionable speech, extreme comments abuses and general performance of these caliber of persons are somewhat embarrassing .
Simple basic manners of courtesy are not their common table menu. A simple appreciation is too much for them while they are contributing positively towards the betterment of this life with their poor character. Disadvantaged sufferers here are the little children that are found within this confines of drooped people. Why should you take life for granted to that extend? Why should anything be taken to be something? Don't we know that we are supposed to be calculative and thoughtful always? Why characterize your life with stupidity and indiscipline? Do you think you are alive to misbehave? There is more to this life than foolishness, childishness and mediocrity.
It is not our first time that we are addressing cases of immaturity and its consequences. No one is interested to know how callous you are. These are not life supporting behaviours and you don't need them in the first place. Our society today is crippled with such sick habits that are dealing a major blow to life. The correct norm of life is sidelined and depleting slowly everyday yet no one is careful enough to save the future. We know we are messing but we continuously engage in our fallen ways. this society needs genuine people who can stand and be counted in both character and principles. We don't want people who appears to be struggling always with their thoughts and fitting in life. Common sense is freely distributed to everyone and you don't need to pay for it to access its services.
What we can't stand is the mixed reactions that our growing generation gets out of our habits. We don't need this confusion. Let us all practice maturity and open mindedness. We don't want always to be hearing speeches where a mother somewhere persistently reminds her children that she is the mother and that in that regard; they don't have a word over her even if she contravenes their rights. Children have to take it that way. By whose laws are such perspectives founded? Insecurity is not an excuse to abuse the rights of others simply because you are who you think you are. Grow up and practice justice to all whether children or your age mates. Improve people. choose to restore dignity and sanity in both public and in your private life. Whereas you lambast yourself with uncalled for character; one thing you don't want to forget is that someone somewhere is practicing excellence to impact life positively.

career growth
In our career growth today , we would like to tackle carelessness or rather lack of professionalism. Some time last year, an assistant minister in the ministry of water came out loudly and uttered a statement that is turned out to be an incitement to a certain group of people in the country. the words are creating uncertainty and a temporal state of intolerance between the named group and fellow citizens in the vicinity. One thing we would like to point is that, was it even his role to attend to insecurity that takes place in the country or even his constituency? Does he know that in Kenya we have a force of law in the names of the police who are bestowed with that responsibility of restoring law and order in the land? Why come out in arms pretending to be fighting for justice only to end by worsening the matter by causing the death of another two persons due to his utterances?
The instances of this nature are caused by people who don't know how to carry themselves professionally. They want to be everything and everywhere at the same time. their state of restlessness not withstanding are a big problem to their careers themselves. They commit a wrong and want to justify it as a right. In career we told you before that it is about carefulness and observing due diligence in order to win the faith of those whom you attend to. Unprofessional ism is costly and shameful.Sometimes portraying those involved to appear as children and immature as well. Must you comment on almost everything that goes around you. Recognize the presence of other professionals around you. Stop crossing borders and creating unnecessary anxiety.
Don't be a scene of din and a den of commotion that only if anything seeks to scandalize you and those around you. Why create doubts in the minds of right thinking members of society and at the same time cast a dark spell on your future career? We believe you don't need all these muddles. Try to upgrade and rise the level of how you handle yourself in career. In short, respect your career and treat it fairly. Act when your services are needed not because you want to pull a public stunt. Remember you want to create milestones in your career that at one point it will speak for you.
All you need to remember is that people are watching you and what goes into the mind is hard to be erased and forgotten. Cut off unwanted sides of clumsiness. Choose decorum and always be level headed. You are not a child but rather a career person. Career is about building confidence and trust in people so that they can believe in your ability or the services you offer. Professionalize yourself to avoid unwanted attention and public ridicule. Remember we do this in the interest of our future well being.

Let's Talk The Talk
Your ears are open and listening, your eyes open and seeing and your senses are attentive and can feel the beat . What are people listening to and hearing? It is the talk of the common man. Always clouded in his daily routine of countless mistakes and numerous falls. Some walked into marriage with their uncultured mode of living and are now having a hell of a time. What of that chauvinist husband who seems to glorify queerness ? Stuck in the past and pretends to be a know how? What of those who have continuously sowed and watered uncouth ways of living and are now almost baptizing their poorly acquired misfortune s and treating them as normal ?
Our big society carries all and sundry. Modesty and madness are all pitted against each other. Life has been reduced into an insipid drama that looks like a poorly developed script that has all characters wrong. Misplaced priority is the characteristic behavior of many a people. Little regard has been placed on decorum but instead much energy and attention directed towards exposing rotten nature of a human being. The talk of the talk is about humanity and his selfish nature.
Everyday is just about them and their endless list of demands. A super majority only kneel when forced by circumstances . Otherwise on a typical day; they are characterized with dismal performance and giving praises to vanity. When man has time to correct yesterdays' failure; he instead dedicate that time to immorality, injustices, corruption, arrogance and witch hunt. When we listen in, we continuously hear complain from one field. Marriage in our society has been scandalized and lightly taken as if it is an equivalent of hide and seek. Many failed to consider relevant facets and due to that, they are the worst hit and are on the verge of falling and going for each others neck.
For sure if there is a place where Satan is having a field day then it is in the family and marriage. Animosity is what has become of many families and marriages. Extreme complains are emerging fast and shaking the foundation of these two pillars. The extend of contempt in marriage is unbearable. The calmness that society needs to discover its best angles are largely missing.
Dwellers are embroiled in their own mess. Their enemies always finds them unawares and hits them hard and arrogantly and shamelessly. We largely suspect that a considerable number of members of society have prayer on their daily itinerary. They are rocked insane by the very circumstances that at one point or another were part and parcel in promoting them. Today in our lives, a foul smell is what reigns high in many a lives. But really; must we be that loose to loose control of almost every thing ? Where is modesty? Don't we claim to be educated?

On a typical day , we hear of countless stories of which ninety percent of such matters are cases of ignorance.

And the consequences of ignorance are as laid bare as the sun in a noonday; a matter that needs to be talked about almost immediately. You don't have to be tossed left and right simply because you don't know something . Make it your daily responsibility to seek resourceful information that always help and enable you to be stable to think independently and at the same time administer your decisions securely without injuring yourself or creating scandals around your life or put unnecessary contempt unto innocent persons. Why do you want to look displaced in your own house?
You don't need such occasions. Take care of your own life. search for information to place yourself in a potential position to avoid problems. Always have knowledge about something before involving your5self in one way or the other. Don't commit if you have doubts inside . ignorance kills. 't underestimate its presence.
