Of lack of self- regulation
cases have been reported here and there regarding lack of self regulation and as a result; the outcome has been bitter, shameful and distraught altogether. We have audibly heard about the murmuring from the church and how cases of impunity, high handedness and down right injustices where we have seen the weak oppressed and little children abused. Just like any other facet that lacks self regulation, we as human beings have not been left behind. You have earlier heard that evil flourish when good men remain silent. Queerness, stubbornness, failure of observing due diligence, promotion of mediocrity, infuriating the force of law and disregarding vital areas of life and taking everything as similar are some of the consequences of lack of regulations.
In that regard , when freedom is misused and diluted such that it is forced to cross boarders that are not supposed to be crossed, then everything becomes irrelevant and lacks that value and interests to the concerned. We have witnessed such madness before in one capacity or the other and no one likes such scenarios and I personally do not understand why you have to let loose your belt to only create shameless occurrences around your life. I still don't know when people in life will just appreciate a privilege as it is and use it in the right manner. Every day and even often than not, we have to include our notorious nature which ends up destroying the whole process. R regulations are about establishing limits and controls for the well being of our own life. I t is about realizing order and smooth flow of affairs. It is also about people learning to stick to the policies that govern a particular work. We don't have to walk around helter skelter.
Life has a lot that needs to be accomplished. If all we can do best is engage in wasting time in clumsiness then when will we know that life is an opportunity and benefit from it? How will we travel our journeys safely if we always want to act below par? Self regulation is about instilling discipline in human beings to talk only when necessary and not because you have a mouth. Hold on to your limits as a parent. Administer your own family according to the relevant right standards not because you are the parent and in that regard, you want to take advantage of the privilege and misuse the presence of your children and turn them into slaves.
YOU SIT AROUND LAZILY AND ORDER THEM ABOUT THIS AND THAT WITH YOUR RAISED VOICE TO ONLY INSTILL FEAR IN THEM INSTEAD OF DIRECTING THEM IN PRINCIPLES , character development and discipline. Children have to be taught to be responsible members of society but not through high handedness and arrogance. They are your children certainly but their rights as children has to be fully observed and be respected. You exempt yourself from your duties and let them at their tender ages to cook for themselves yet some have school work to handle. If you know that you are one of those parents who thinks that they are absolute and that their command is their children's order, all we can tell you is that you are weak and incompetent in some level. Real parents know how to run their families honorably.

What of ineffectiveness?
People are slowly tearing the fabric of life to the extend that they can't even notice the holes and the magnitude that them,selves stand the danger of falling down by tearing the background that they are standing on. You have been awarded this opportunity to be optimum and focus on having a straight life instead you refuse to appreciate the chance to scour up your life and choose banalism. You become obnoxious yet you have little knowledge of it. Your hand hits here and there carelessly and you are not concerned enough to take control of your own life.
What of ineffectiveness? You cannot perform your duty carefully? You don't honor your appointments and to add an insult to an injury; you end up giving out folded service and still expect to remain afloat? Haughtiness drops in and go about behaving as if you are a miracle to life. As if you other persons in life should bow to you. You walk around as if you own the earth. You choose to take to stupid idea of paying homage to immorality, alcohol and trash characteristics. You don't mind your language and go ahead to treat different categories of people in a similar manner. You want to compare an old man who has tasted the change of times with children? Till when will this madness continue?
Why can't we be sensitive enough to look back from whence we came from and learn to give thanks? When will modesty define our society? Some claim to be learned when it come to basic matters of life are found playing catch up and sometimes appear to be cornered in their own irrelevancies of past traditions and customs. Who is still praying to idols when there is a living God? Consequences of misused freedom spreads fast around our lives. When some sit on top of the leader; they sometimes want to spit on those below them. You insult and name call. Some disparage their juniors and forget that there is something called future. They are oblivious to the fact that at one point or another the character and their way of carrying out affairs will one day haunt them. What will you do when every finger around will be pointed at you? What will you tell your children and spouse when they inquire of it in terms of what is happening?
We don't actually understand why man likes edifying evils/ People are quick to take notice of weirdness as compared-to sanity. Just look around. Man breaks the law passionately. His legs are always walking around looking for trouble. Smooth running of state of affairs is fast disturbed. Harmony has been interrupted with. Man appreciates disorder more than order. We always want to deal with emergency and cases of uncertainty. But we ask you this question, for how long will you water ineffectiveness in your life? Why do you want to be burned with the same fire that you can easily control? Cut down on your mistakes.
Life is epic. There is a lot of things that a normal human being can do instead of creating trouble always. Focus on the purpose as to why you are alive. If you haven't done that, then you would rather dedicate considerable time to accomplish these. And if you find that you are licking your hands from a soft spot, then slow down on arrogance and learn what humbleness means. Learn to give thanks in due season before you fall off your ladder.

Consciousness; Bible Study
What is in the character? Let us talk about leadership and how a great guy who is fully blessed and at the same time granted that opportunity to administer others and how one should behave. Look at David in the bible and let's begin from there. When David got rest from his enemies and when God had greatly blessed him and he had a good house to himself; one that was built of cedar, he thought to himself as to how can he be dwell in a mansion yet God's ark stayed in a tent? David thought to do something and was quickly developing the idea of building the Ark of God a nice and presentable place to dwell in. In this story; we pick a very interesting trait that we would like to expound on. So when you're affluent and of influence to the community or a nation for that matter; you need to understand that it's not just in time for you to engage yourself in cases of impunity and obnoxious stances to take center stage of your popular life.
Stay sober always. Don't let what you have and do determine how you behave and treat those around you. When David was extremely blessed and given rest from all those who had previously pursued his life and brought about affliction in his career, he never went about boasting or beating his chest of how powerful and mighty he is. He never talked of himself nor mentioned something under his name. He literary never pointed out at one point that he it was during his reign that Israel got a breakthrough. Instead David despite all those blessings and caps around his life and career, he remained a humble man and put God's interest first. When promises were made to him through prophet Nathan, David was touched and went into the tent and thanked God profusely. He was taken aback by God's favor to him and his offspring.
At one point, he asked that who is David that all these mighty works have unfolded before him? Such is a leader that we all need to be. Remain sensitive to basic issues and matters. Wealth and our positions in society is quite different when it comes to the whole issue of life. You as a person must choose to contain yourself. Don't leap around yakking restlessly. Maintain your calmness and thank God for the privilege. Don't mistreat nor lead others with a fist of iron. Don't be irrelevant and immune to life occurrences. Be compassionate and reach out to those who need you.
Don't front your own interests. Take every milestone in your life as God's favor and always give thanks for everything. Therefore; a character that is well fed and grown to maturity knows how to direct the body and everything around it . Choose today consciousness and learn from the best who have all the requisite elements of a credible leader to help you lead a wonderful life. Above all; don't allow things you own or control ever run your life. Be humble and enjoy life. Maturity is very important. Take care of your character on a daily basis. Here is to your consciousness.

Morality Thermostart/ Immaturity
This sin of commission and omission has proved that it is ingrained somewhere in our society and is not going to be brushed off that easily. It has turned out to be a cup of tea for those of us in society who have persistently taken our lives for granted and treated it with indignity by being characterized with COUNTLESS SCANDALS OF ALL SORTS. UN PROFESSIONAL persons who take life matters casually are also a definition of this pool. They behave as if they were solely created to cause eyes turn and heads be shaken. Unperturbed as some seem. Don't you think you is a tired move? Sale a life to the third party opinions? At age forty someone still accepts to be mislead and queues in sheepishly ? Are we serious? If grown ups can behave in such a questionable outlook, what will the children do?
Where should they find reach parents who have what it takes to direct them and correct their mistakes? Immaturity is scandalizing many a persons lives and turned them into baseless heads sold into their own mess. Life can be defined in many facets. And among those definitions , we here look at it as an opportunity for one to create, benefit, improve, impact, change , inspire and correct errors among other perspectives. Life is about improvements. Earlier on when we were just starting out our blog we discussed with you about the elements that make up life and why we have them in life. Mistakes, occurrences, people, and failure are some of the elements we addressed. Let us take on mistakes .
In life, surmountable failure of all nature tends to pursue a normal human being. We told you earlier that mistakes are in this life to shape us and clean our lives. We need them to be good learners and good hearers. Lot of mistakes have been committed before in our life both in the past and present. These mistakes don't happen to be a corner stone of gossip to be talked and be mused by people. We need to mature up fast and open our eyes to life realities. Cases of immaturity have been rampant in society and you don't need one to be one of the case studies to shape up. Look around and see how people have been troubled. Some could not settle down and chart their own future development.
They have been questions of indecision and because of that they remained prisoners in their own minds and followers of others opinions regardless of their repercussions. Every one needs calmness and peace to think wisely and correctly. We are the custodians of the society and not the other way round. We cannot afford to let circumstances of life determine how we should live and think. The fact that society is embroiled in felonies of all nature does not necessarily mean that we should also appear as rotten. It is life. Choose consciousness and be available in every moment of your life. Your life is your business. Stop letting loose your gate to third parties to inform your decisions and choices of life. Keep with us we tackle immaturity to its core.

We are tired of waiting for and war.
Our trees their leaves have shed
The writer has come and gone
Spring flowers have blossomed and withered
And here we are.
Still waiting for another war
Our atom bombs have rusty grown
And bald are the heads of those who made them
But we
The ugly martyrs of another war
Do not fear
We have seen wars
We know their taste is sweet
And their smell is good
Smoke from the guns is all we dream about
Waiting for our opulent leaders
To start another war
Till the first shot is heard
And the war trumpet is blown.

Immaturity conudrums; Questions of indecision persist to the Nerve.
Moving from one town to another' off goes to Nairobi. At one point,
this man is seen seated busy writing obviously keeping his favorite
scenic reads close to his chest from his newly bought book. From a far,
one will be tempted to think that this man is a well cultured man who
enjoys freedom of thought and not a prisoner of his own circumstances.
But wait a minute; as he opens his mouth to speak, the tone of his voice
tells it all. He speaks angrily with a tone of authority to remind the
addressee that indeed he is the head. Irresponsible, uncouth, loose
character, insecure, traces of ignorance are some of his characteristics
commonly featured in his routine life. On an ordinary day, he can pass
as a noble gentleman for his calmness and collectivists stealthily
hidden behind his pretentious demeanor to a guest or those who don't
know him well.
The man whom many identify as a pastor is a case in waiting to be determined later in public ridicule court. The man in question is characterized with countless tassels of indecision. He cannot make a decision to grow up and take up responsibility as both a husband and head of the house. Surprisingly, he also does not know whether he is married or not yet he has a wife in the house, he still presents himself out as a single man. Due to that fact, his briefcase is also at hand and his bag packed ready to commute between Valley and Nairobi. While in the big city, the man forgets that he is a pastor and tries out new antics of extra marital preferences having duped the wife back home that he is in the city on a work mission.

Why should he behave so immaturely to that extend are just some of the questions we are lingering with. To what extend can people exhibit? Must you be talked of the town to change your behavior? We are just wondering where some people grew up and went to school. If you cannot make a decision to control and manage your own life? How then can other people trust you that you will act responsibly and reasonably enough to carry out your duty faithfull6y ? Shame after shame is what our mature persons in society have perfected and assume as a norm of life. That sort of lifestyle is irritating and perturbing at the same time while the correspondents have grown immune to decorum and order. What we don't clear understand is that, where do people place their senses to let time pass them that long to only wake up in their mid forties yet they actually portray five year old -cum teenage antics? Is our society save if this is anything to go by? And if that is not enough; do the victims themselves understand what caliber of chaos and frictions they cause around the lives of those who come into proximity with them ? We here condemns such kind of statures and advise everyone to look into their live and prune out any sort of conundrums.

Books and society
The other day we signposted to you one of the life's most treasured book that is the bible and discussed how it is a must have -cum read for everyone who values life and consciousness. Today we focus on books and indeed let us talk about books and their indispensable nature. There is no way or time that books will be thrown outside the window in this society or even the coming societies. They posses perpetual genes that have just to be carried forward to the next generation.
Masses have to be informed. That is why GOD INSPIRED AUTHORS OR RATHER THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY which has lambasted society from all corners whether Africa or Europe. People have to read even God himself know that and has gone further and provided provision and blessed authors to carry out that assignment of keeping the masses abreast and an opportunity for them to sample different genres of work from various writers across the board. Our bottom line is that; everyone has the opportunity to get education. Books create equity in society and narrows the gap between the less educated to elites. In this industry, all are welcome regardless of backgrounds. If you want education you will get it in the most convenient way that you desire. You can choose night or day or even go on holiday with your books with you to fill up the gaps in you. There is no complain here that you were not given school fees.
Warm up to books and stay save ahead and build milestones in your education. At one point or another , we are tempted to say that you don't have to pay in an institution to appear to be learning . You can learn by yourself so long as you know what you want. We urge you to stop being ordinary and doing everything ordinary until your sweat smell ordinary. Choose a difference. Find your own wow factor to protect yourself and your life from unnecessary scandals and antics. Don't suffer from prejudice, hostility, ignorance , apathy yet we have books in society. You will be reducing value in your life. Learn how to walk safely through books. Life bis a forest. It does not have this straight path that can lead you to your destiny. You must find the way. And one way of finding the road is to count on books to clear the forest for you.
Life is full of security risks. Learn how to think like a human being and stop replicating the same mistakes that were committed when human was still discovering himself. Immaturity conudrums:questions of indecision persist to the nerve
Moving from one town to another' off goes to Nairobi. At one point, this man is seen seated busy writing obviously keeping his favorite scenic reads close to his chest from his newly bought book. From a far, one will be tempted to think that this man is a well cultured man who enjoys freedom of thought and not a prisoner of his own circumstances. But wait a minute; as he opens his mouth to speak, the tone of his voice tells it all. He speaks angrily with a tone of authority to remind the addressee that indeed he is the head. Irresponsible, uncouth, loose character, insecure, traces of ignorance are some of his characteristics commonly featured in his routine life. On an ordinary day, he can pass as a noble gentleman for his calmness and collectivists stealthily hidden behind his pretentious demeanor to a guest or those who don't know him well.

So immaturity is proofing to be a hard nut to crack by some baseless persons in society to the extend that it is becoming their permanent fixture in their everyday lives to portray discomfiture comfortably? They are hampered with loose tongues, character misfits, insecurity and mostly credibility test yet they take to life as though nothing precarious happened. To what extend will our senior members of the society ranging from some of our parents to grandparents persist in leadership crisis? When will we know sobriety and tranquility if they continue behaving the same way you knew them five years away? Should we take it silently as a normal way of life? Must some people be always be the ones hurting and misleading the growing children? Why you as a parent be the cause of uncertainty in your own house? That the moment your son or daughter sees you stepping in the house they escape to their rooms or everyone goes silent in the house.
This is not what we need. Society and its inhabitants need heads who can direct and boldly correct mistakes around the family and community at large. Why should you be hunched by skewed ways of presentation in public ? That where you grace people discuss you in low tones . Eyebrows raised always when spotted somewhere. Surely; is this what we need as a society? Life has a lot to be tasted and teach. When will society learn the daily intelligence that is presented everyday by each new day? Why let precariousness be the definition of your life? Disappointment, scandals and prejudice is what has become the norm of many persons across the board.
Your children innocent as they appear don't need this kind of lifestyles. Give them peace to grow up well. Let them have that opportunity to ask questions and answer them correctly to clear the blurs that might be on their way. Be there when needed.Dig around your character and be what it takes to be a parent. One thing every child do not need around their homes is about the misunderstanding and quarrels everyday. Mature up quickly and play your role as a right thinking member of society. Correct your own errors. Do not let them grow into chronic mistakes. Respect the growing generation. They have a long way to go. And in this journey, you as a parent play a very delicate critical role in their well being.
Do not inspire wrong gestures or cause to be quoted later that you were the one who posses such an awkward trait that your son or daughter has taken to today. It is not fair at all. We don't need this lameness in both character and leadership. What of Drooped Character?
So they say is one of the common characteristics of immature people who if anything do very little to improve their thought patterns and how they handle their lives everyday. Their life is full of muddles yet they are unperturbed of how they act. That some people in society have reduced their lives into a scene of scandals is not an understatement. Speaking on top of their voices and shouting at each other especially when in an argument is a common scenario here. And when we talk of drooped character, we are not particularly talking of one person in this context. This behavior is widely spread across our lives in our daily lives. Questionable speech, extreme comments abuses and general performance of these caliber of persons are somewhat embarrassing .
Simple basic manners of courtesy are not their common table menu. A simple appreciation is too much for them while they are contributing positively towards the betterment of this life with their poor character. Disadvantaged sufferers here are the little children that are found within this confines of drooped people. Why should you take life for granted to that extend? Why should anything be taken to be something? Don't we know that we are supposed to be calculative and thoughtful always? Why characterize your life with stupidity and indiscipline? Do you think you are alive to misbehave? There is more to this life than foolishness, childishness and mediocrity.
It is not our first time that we are addressing cases of immaturity and its consequences. No one is interested to know how callous you are. These are not life supporting behaviours and you don't need them in the first place. Our society today is crippled with such sick habits that are dealing a major blow to life. The correct norm of life is sidelined and depleting slowly everyday yet no one is careful enough to save the future. We know we are messing but we continuously engage in our fallen ways. this society needs genuine people who can stand and be counted in both character and principles. We don't want people who appears to be struggling always with their thoughts and fitting in life. Common sense is freely distributed to everyone and you don't need to pay for it to access its services.
What we can't stand is the mixed reactions that our growing generation gets out of our habits. We don't need this confusion. Let us all practice maturity and open mindedness. We don't want always to be hearing speeches where a mother somewhere persistently reminds her children that she is the mother and that in that regard; they don't have a word over her even if she contravenes their rights. Children have to take it that way. By whose laws are such perspectives founded? Insecurity is not an excuse to abuse the rights of others simply because you are who you think you are. Grow up and practice justice to all whether children or your age mates. Improve people. choose to restore dignity and sanity in both public and in your private life. Whereas you lambast yourself with uncalled for character; one thing you don't want to forget is that someone somewhere is practicing excellence to impact life positively.

career growth
In our career growth today , we would like to tackle carelessness or rather lack of professionalism. Some time last year, an assistant minister in the ministry of water came out loudly and uttered a statement that is turned out to be an incitement to a certain group of people in the country. the words are creating uncertainty and a temporal state of intolerance between the named group and fellow citizens in the vicinity. One thing we would like to point is that, was it even his role to attend to insecurity that takes place in the country or even his constituency? Does he know that in Kenya we have a force of law in the names of the police who are bestowed with that responsibility of restoring law and order in the land? Why come out in arms pretending to be fighting for justice only to end by worsening the matter by causing the death of another two persons due to his utterances?
The instances of this nature are caused by people who don't know how to carry themselves professionally. They want to be everything and everywhere at the same time. their state of restlessness not withstanding are a big problem to their careers themselves. They commit a wrong and want to justify it as a right. In career we told you before that it is about carefulness and observing due diligence in order to win the faith of those whom you attend to. Unprofessional ism is costly and shameful.Sometimes portraying those involved to appear as children and immature as well. Must you comment on almost everything that goes around you. Recognize the presence of other professionals around you. Stop crossing borders and creating unnecessary anxiety.
Don't be a scene of din and a den of commotion that only if anything seeks to scandalize you and those around you. Why create doubts in the minds of right thinking members of society and at the same time cast a dark spell on your future career? We believe you don't need all these muddles. Try to upgrade and rise the level of how you handle yourself in career. In short, respect your career and treat it fairly. Act when your services are needed not because you want to pull a public stunt. Remember you want to create milestones in your career that at one point it will speak for you.
All you need to remember is that people are watching you and what goes into the mind is hard to be erased and forgotten. Cut off unwanted sides of clumsiness. Choose decorum and always be level headed. You are not a child but rather a career person. Career is about building confidence and trust in people so that they can believe in your ability or the services you offer. Professionalize yourself to avoid unwanted attention and public ridicule. Remember we do this in the interest of our future well being.

Let's Talk The Talk
Your ears are open and listening, your eyes open and seeing and your senses are attentive and can feel the beat . What are people listening to and hearing? It is the talk of the common man. Always clouded in his daily routine of countless mistakes and numerous falls. Some walked into marriage with their uncultured mode of living and are now having a hell of a time. What of that chauvinist husband who seems to glorify queerness ? Stuck in the past and pretends to be a know how? What of those who have continuously sowed and watered uncouth ways of living and are now almost baptizing their poorly acquired misfortune s and treating them as normal ?
Our big society carries all and sundry. Modesty and madness are all pitted against each other. Life has been reduced into an insipid drama that looks like a poorly developed script that has all characters wrong. Misplaced priority is the characteristic behavior of many a people. Little regard has been placed on decorum but instead much energy and attention directed towards exposing rotten nature of a human being. The talk of the talk is about humanity and his selfish nature.
Everyday is just about them and their endless list of demands. A super majority only kneel when forced by circumstances . Otherwise on a typical day; they are characterized with dismal performance and giving praises to vanity. When man has time to correct yesterdays' failure; he instead dedicate that time to immorality, injustices, corruption, arrogance and witch hunt. When we listen in, we continuously hear complain from one field. Marriage in our society has been scandalized and lightly taken as if it is an equivalent of hide and seek. Many failed to consider relevant facets and due to that, they are the worst hit and are on the verge of falling and going for each others neck.
For sure if there is a place where Satan is having a field day then it is in the family and marriage. Animosity is what has become of many families and marriages. Extreme complains are emerging fast and shaking the foundation of these two pillars. The extend of contempt in marriage is unbearable. The calmness that society needs to discover its best angles are largely missing.
Dwellers are embroiled in their own mess. Their enemies always finds them unawares and hits them hard and arrogantly and shamelessly. We largely suspect that a considerable number of members of society have prayer on their daily itinerary. They are rocked insane by the very circumstances that at one point or another were part and parcel in promoting them. Today in our lives, a foul smell is what reigns high in many a lives. But really; must we be that loose to loose control of almost every thing ? Where is modesty? Don't we claim to be educated?

Make it your daily responsibility to seek resourceful information that always help and enable you to be stable to think independently and at the same time administer your decisions securely without injuring yourself or creating scandals around your life or put unnecessary contempt unto innocent persons. Why do you want to look displaced in your own house?
You don't need such occasions. Take care of your own life. search for information to place yourself in a potential position to avoid problems. Always have knowledge about something before involving your5self in one way or the other. Don't commit if you have doubts inside . ignorance kills. 't underestimate its presence.
