CAREER GROWTH

Genuineness: Today let us address the attitudes that people embrace in their lives and extend them into careers and sometimes turn them into lifestyles. If we take the man in the poem for example, look at the manner in which he talks and present his needs to God. He takes everything for granted and he has no sense at all to understand whom he is dealing with. His self nature makes him think that God operates like a puppet. The man mistakenly assumes that he can tailor both the priest and God to grant him the wishes regardless of how he lives. On many occasions, people portray such images as the one mentioned in the poem. Humanity always wants things on a silver platter. You don't want to engage your effort in something but seriously expect a result to take place. People don't consider the ways of life yet they expect God to just do something for them. Really, can we be genuine with our lives and aspirations? Why don't people play their part first before calling for help? Behaving in this timid and nebulous manner is like leaving your door open at night and expect something to come in and secure your security. What is the reason for being careless and acting as if you're unconscious? The message in the poem is very simple and clear. Don't expect to reap where you didn't sow. Nothing happens on its own. You must initiate your own changes and growth. Proof your worth before asking for recognition. As a purposeful career person, strive to be yourself and always act on genuine intentions. Your career will only grow to the extend of your mentality. Force yourself out of the thinking level of a common person. Ten percent is foolishness. Go out in the wilderness and look for the missing percentage. If you don't do that, you will always be stuck in the past and behave in outrageous manner just like the man in the poem. Save the embarrassment and choose to be genuine and competent to know when to say what and how.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

How do you spend you life?: Walking around and stepping on other people's feet? Humiliating and torturing those whom you have responsibility over? Or misusing people around you? Anyway, there is an incident in the air that causes me to wonder everyday. A man in his early forties is misbehaving around. On a typical days , he is your ordinary business man with even dedication and know-how. You can easily mistake him as a good man. On Sunday, you will find him in a church preaching. People, meet him on a different quarter, and you will be surprised. The man suppresses the family. He can barely act responsibly. H e refuses to mind his language regardless of what many people know him for. My concern is not about what he does or doesn't. But the rather the sense of pretense amongst humanity. Don't people know that what they do today has a ramification in future? You know, character and attitude that you engage in your life has a lot of sya on you. Have sometime to understand yourself and what you do. Everything you do now is just a seed that will later emerge to tell your story. Mind what you do with your life. Don't anger people in the vicinity and take it easily. You might regret one day.    

CAREER CROWTH

Starting a Career: This segment again is informed by the tenets of the poem. You are just starting out, at what point in your career do you let your fingernails get dirty? At one point you were a clean person, where did greed inform your choice of undertakings in your career? Why do you now like short cuts? Does the smell of money make you loose sense and your humane? Look here, being at the first step of your ladder is a good step in life. Take time and learn the cost of beginning. Learn the kind of discipline needed to initiate something. Know that a seed takes time to grow, mature and finally in the right season give forth fruits. Don't plant today and expect harvest the following day. It never happens that way anywhere on earth. You must strive with your curiosity and hard work to make something happen. Let your starting point determine how strong you are going to be in future. Career world is turbulent and has a lot of hurricane. Don't look at quick mischievous habits that will compromise your future existence. Life is lived at one step at a time. You cannot have everything at once. Anything you want must be nurtured and build with your original and honest efforts. Easy money is sweet, but the afterward is very much costly and demanding. Take your time and grow your career to maturity. Learn the challenges within your profession and how to tackle them. Get the knowledge and take the pain of being a novice.It always pays to have requisite patience that orders success.

I refuse to take your brotherly Hand: Henry Barlow


Your nails are black with dirt, brother
And your palms are clammy with sweat
I refuse to take the hand you extend in help.
I shall not join hands with you brother
For unclean hands make me uneasy
For filthy fingernails rob me of my pride.


You argue, gesticulating with your once 
Impeccable clean and beautiful hands
That before long it shall not matter
For 'everybody' is delving and digging
And all shall have hands dipping with dirt.


That nobody shall know what clean hands look like
And there shall be comfort in the dirty crowd
And enough to eat, for there are good yields
When the stinking manure is well dug in

Are you going blind brother?
I ask how many have sludge

Have you entirely forgotten Brother

Don't you remember the repulsion you had
When you shook hands with fat dirty men
With their dirty clammy palms?


Let me alone brother and from the top of the cliff

For the short cuts are soiled and slippery
Your palms are clammy with the sweat of fear
And your fingernails are clogged with dirt.


Look at Kenya, the definition of a Kenyan and how they carry themselves. There is always greed and arrogance. Those on the bottom gap will always fight for space and even their own breath. The campaign season is in the air and I think it is high time we found this bold person to tell my politician who wants to defile the environment this refrain,' I refuse to take your brotherly hand' Corruption must end. There is no question today but rather just Let and open session to share your thoughts about the poem and what you think its impact on our current society.

Human need to live consciously to be aware of what is happening within and what need to be changed to live a life that is purposeful, meaningful and enjoyable.

CAREER GROWTH

Handling yourself at work: Building the nation is where today we would take our career lesson. You have seen how the permanent secretary handles himself at work. He abuses the office and incurs a lot of redundancy. He uses state resources to attend to his petty personal agendas. His self --cent-redness do not allow him to consider even his own chauffeur for a cup of tea. Such aspects can be found everywhere in work place. Bosses and strong office holders looking at the positions they hold, choose to play around and bring a lot of inconvenience at work. Introduction of such cultures of laziness and self centeredness  in career is so mean. A boss behaving unprofessionally in the face of his/her juniors is so demeaning. It is not an advisable move in career, you as a senior to those under you tag you with a certain name because of what you do is actually not a good picture at all. Don't loose respect in front of your juniors as you will literally have a difficult time passing a message in future. If career wise you as an individual manage other people, always strive to be professional and perform your duty with work ethics. Draw the line between office matters and personal affairs. The fact that you're in charge of an organization's assets, you don't have an edge over anything. Cease from using those properties be it about vehicles or any other equipment. Handle yourself with dignity in case you are looking to make an impact on your career or even about earning respect in your job description. Many managers are prone to precariousness and disordered nature, know that it is your responsibility as a top person in your company to always stick to policy work regardless of who you are. Many self employed individuals get away with these kind of behavior but it is not a nice move at work place. Just be yourself and work as per stipulated policy in your distinct places of work..    

LEISURE: POETRY

Building the Nation By Henry Barlow


Today I did my share 
In building the Nation.
I drove a permanent Secretary
To an important urgent function
In fact to a luncheon at the vic.


The menu reflected its importance
cold Bell beer with small talk, 
Then fried chicken with niceties
Wine to fill the hollowness of laughs
Ice- cream to cover the stereotype jokes
Coffee to keep the PS awake on return journey


I drove the permanent secretary back.
He yawned man times in the back of the car.
Then to keep awake, he suddenly asked,
Did you have any lunch friend?
I replied looking straight ahead
And secretly smiling at his belated concern
That I had not, but was slimming!


Upon which he said with a seriousness
That amused more than annoyed me,
Mwananchi, I too had none!
I attended to matters of state.
Highly delicate diplomatic duties you know
And friend, it goes against my grain,
Causes me stomach ulcers and wind.
Ah, he continued, yawning again,
The pains we suffer in building the nation!


So the PS  had ulcers too!
My ulcers I think are equally painful 
only they are caused by hunger,
Not sumptuous lunches!


So two nation builders 
Arrived home this evening 
with terrible stomach pains
The result of building the nation 
Different ways.


This poem well articulates the characteristics of not politicians alone, but also some powerful people in an organisation. It captures the proximity especially in our country and what a regrettable gesture by the said leaders. Basically the reason behind having such a forum in this blog is about weeding our society and our lives. Every moment we are going to mention a vice in this segment, I it would be very noble for you as an individual as well to recheck your life and correct the malice within your area of life.  The said issues in this poem cuts across our lives and we have no option but to reconsider the moves we make in our daily life.


Consider this:

1. Supposing you're the PS and one day you discover that your subjects are so dissolution ed with your habits, what will you do?
2. I don't want to ask you about who is the persona, rather I would like you to tell me the lessons that this poem , building the nation has on you as an individual.
3. How can we eradicate the highlighted vices in: (a) our lives, (b) our society, (c) our country?
4. Suggest one way you as an individual can deploy deploy to build this nation positively.

WHY BOOKS IN SOCIETY?

Apart from what we saw as the cultural value of books, think of it, why should we have them in the first place in society? Times have changed and they have also evolved with time. Their prowess in prehistory is still the same. Having presented the most respected content of all times, the gospel of the Lord was presented in a form of book known to many of us as the bible. I believe there were other ways that that message could be passed. But bible as a book was what humanity was given. Why do you think it had to happen so? Why books in society is my question. As a speaking agent, books are designed to have all considerations under one roof. They have the voice, the character, audience, skill, listeners as well as followers. They have remained a humble facet but with enough authority to speak and be listened to by masses. World memories are preserved in them as well as controversial malice that can break and tear apart a life. Look at humanity, many have been led astray with the very same content that has instilled knowledge and reshaped thousands. Those who had their skills honed under its roof cannot get enough of it while to some, books are a loathsome affair yet they have been bestowed with the role of redeeming the society. So how do we get to have books feed the society and get to be understood as they are supposed to be? You claim to be a reader, How do you get the book to serve your interests and attend to your needs and satisfy you? Get the point clear, books have a place in this society and no one will take their position but themselves. Among the tasks that books need to perform include the main one being just about meeting man on the crossroad and making him decide amicably and choose one option. They play a role of a negotiator. Sometimes they are the comforter and at certain occasions based on what circumstance one faces, they naturally come in handy as a solution and guide. Basically you would not get the kernel aspect of a book unless you mind to understand why they exist. When you are reading, what do you really do, listen or read? Let us start from there. In a book you find a story and inside this story, there is a lot of things that you need to take note of in order for you to get that ultimate achievement of reading. When you sit down to read, just go there ready to listen. Someone is speaking and you're at the receiving end. Be the fan in a concert. All angles of every word has an essence to you. That crowd in the book depict humanity in real life situations that a common man goes through on a daily basis. You just have to look around and find your position and take a seat. The fact that we don't know this man called Jesus, many have gone ahead and accepted him and some even know him better through text. You achieving such an effort is not an under rated factor. There is a way to to approach your books so that you get to the center and be taught about a certain invention or technology. History is very prolific and clear about books. Society needs to open up and place the needed value on books and and let them perform their duty as is supposed to be. The society being me and you, we have to recognize the place of a book in our life. Ignorance is a wide spread disease, and don't you think that you will beat it in class. Out here too, there is something that you cannot compare with class. Any challenge that human race goes through today has an equal solution tackled in a particular book.               

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Talent: It may be just a word we hear being mentioned from one corner to the next. Some have heard about it and got curious and sought its path. Others practice it and utilize it extensively in their lives whereas a super majority have little to do with it. We are typically reminded that everyone on the face of the earth has something special that has been implanted in their lives to specifically benefit them and society. A skill that you don't have to struggle to do a duty. As a person, you have the responsibility to unearth that strength. You need to fully understand yourself and recognize you strong holds. Take time to listen to yourself and get in touch with your intuition and be quick to interpret its impulses that time to time brings forth. This God given opportunity is in everyone of us. It is supposed to help you identify which career field you belong into. It requires homework and commitment. Sometimes we don't have to go through what we face had we taken time to know ourselves. Take talent discovery as your personal role and work towards knowing you. Mostly monitor your areas of interest and what you like doing effortlessly in your free time. Know that thing that you normally do and it gets you revitalized and you enjoy doing it. Become a better you and revolunize your life by living within the hemisphere of your talents. Steve Jobs told people to find what they really love, because it is in what you love doing that every corner of your energy and mind are fully involved. You need to live a complete person. Don't have an imbalanced life where you are only standing on one foot. The gem is to stay foolish to understand what best describes you and your life.

CAREER GROWTH

Who Changes the World?: The fact that we have seven billion people around the globe doesn't necessarily mean that they are solutions when life needs them. Changes are brought about by a small number. Not all minds of the world is ready to stand to a challenge and settle it. The fact that life is free, remember that not all are alive and free. Work place is graced with all sorts of people. Those who want to make something happen while others may be satisfy their interests. In career therefore, how do you get to impact life and make a lasting impression? Life is to be lived and duty performed. Bring yourself out and find your niche. Tell what makes you and ignites your heart once you do it. Show the audacity of your convictions by living them out. Change your world using your character. Shape your career world through the embedded strengths that requires less to be ignited. Your career will only even empower yourself after you take necessary steps to function this way and adhere to personal targets that you set as guides. Have the kind of discipline that will groom you into a better person as time goes by. Our world is only touched by the actions of a handful who boldly defy the odds and stop listening to voices of doom and retrogressive views. If you are change oriented, then be ready to fight culture, dogmas, routine and set yourself apart and speak on your own terms. 

BOOKS

For a long time now, books have remained as an arguable pantry that the human knowledge can't get enough off. They have served thousands of people in the past, and they continually serve the same purpose even today. Being a cistern and repository of life, they have preserved the history, irrigated the society with their endless ocean of knowledge and gone further to condemn and criticize bad policies in life be it about people or nations. Books have kept the world best lessons that many struggle to get and understand. They have the trait of equipping and refining people who recognize their value and purpose. They wash and clean the soul and mind in a way that beats best description. On their submission feet, people confess, take oaths, repent, relinquish wrong notions, open up and listen to voices of reason. Many come out scoured and ready to pick new ways and some loosen their belt and get to listen and accept to adapt. The value of books surpasses their cost and remains largely as an irrefutable inscription that life will ever have because they store what we see and forget. They record a season's atmosphere and mind the generations. That is why culturally, their value has not been ignored nor looked down upon. They serve as agents of social and cultural change especially in fighting against chauvinism and practices that are demeaning and discriminating among people in society.  We could not be where we are now in terms of development if it were not for the bold and dedicated people who chose to speak for the voiceless at a time when democracy was abused and disparaged. Selfless souls put forward their best foot using their pens and helped restructure and shape life to consider changing from attitudes and thoughts that were backward. We also take books as a royal road to enable us enter the realm of imagination. It is at this pulpit where creativity is born and established into products and improvements to way of life. At this royal road, people come in terms with themselves and settle scores. Some choose the conscious way of life and mean to be learners and speak to their hearts and mind to attain peace holistically. They are also mirrors of so many cultures that a lot of ethnic communities around world celebrate and preserve. Every country needs history, and we cannot have an authentic picture unless we learn from what is round and was done before. People need to pent up and there is no correct alter than what books offer. They used to temporarily put our egos in a box by the door and gives one an opportunity to confess and recognize ourselves. I can't tell it better. Every human being at one point needs that kind of rechecking in their lives. People have to be real and just be themselves. Know what you are doing and why. Other than that, books have also proven to be a very important source of personal development. You need to grow and it's your material to propel you to someplace. Testimonies are in the air and believe it, it is not a mean feet. I have personally witnessed that and I think it is the same wavelength with many readers across and around this globe of life. Books too are sources of entertainment, escape and personal reflections. Humanity is a question of decisions. Every area of a human being involves making a choice in one way or another. People need to reflect and get the best direction.  They are also a bridge that enable people experience other modes of being. Evert aspect of an occurrence has been captured and there it is being relayed to you in form of art as it happened. Books in society also are windows of the past. It is at this corners where we look at things in the ancient and pick requisite lessons to aide us forge forward. Books being a treasured asset that life has ever posed, they need to be respected and left to speak by their own..       

CAREER GROWTH

Character: People need to portray befitting habits to climb the ladder of career path. Character is not only necessary at work place, but also at personal level.To avoid many embarrassments and bruises here and there in your career, consider rechecking and pruning protruding unwanted manners that can make you regret. Future is a must for everyone so long as you are not planning to die soon. You must plan your life and bahave in a way that is expected in a profession. Some careers are so demanding and exposed than others. On another observation, there are careers which will only prosper based on the character of an individual. Self made career personalities such as people in the creative industry, businesses and all inventors cannot escape this pool. You must behave to stir your own success. Character is not only needed in the said professions, every person has to grow their respected habits in their career. As a career person, do away with such childish ways of living for example being abusive and behaving immaturely especially in your language and interaction with other people. Someone must know that everyone deserves dignity and to be treated with respect regardless of who they are. Break those social grades that seeks to discriminate others on the basis of where are they, what do they have to qualify anything be it fitting in a certain group of people who you think as important. Everyone is God's creation and you have no right to question anything about them. Therefore, develop your character in order to always present yourself as expected in career. Have professionalism and commitment needed. We need to progress and thus be aware of yourself and what you do so that you should not cut the tree that you are standing on.     

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Reading: As a form of personal development, reading takes different dimensions and embraces several units. Reading touches on listening skill, eye contact, creating pictures, interpretation of text, and assessment. What you become after sampling a material is what I will define here as reading. You're what you read. Come out blatantly and showcase the relevant of whatever you were studying. Employ all the angles as mentioned to enhance entertainment, reflection, pent-up and appreciation of a work as a piece of art to bring out its main purpose. Your books are not just words put together and presented, there is more to it than that. Artists and all members of creative industry don't exist to please the eye. They were born and designed to do what they do not for a show but as one way where the higher one uses to demonstrate His presence and pass His message of power. You just can't imagine that someone can create something out of themselves and become so accepted and interesting and soothing as well. When you are reading, there are so many elements that comes across your path. You need that keen eye to notice something divine about the whole process. That cannot happen anywhere other than in the personal development so that someone gets to discover and understand some aspects of life. If you don't take time to know, then you won't know. You  would be that average person who operates on paucity. An average person mostly is composed of ten percent of the total information that a world can offer. There is a whopping ninety percent crying somewhere unattended to. As an individual, you have a task to look for the ninety percent and fill the gaps in your life. Read to grow and help yourself have a stitched life. Listen to recognize and engage analysis to assess the importance of any material that comes within  your reach.

PARENTHOOD

When we talked about the content in life, we mentioned that people are one of the elements that makes up life. Within people, we have families. That is how we form this wide spread stream of individuals living together and which results into nations and continents. Family is a thread that goes around them and brings them together and enable them to share interests and ties. Amidst what we call family, we have some people called fathers and some mothers and a further stretch gives forth to another grope called children. It is a repeated procedure and format that is painted all over the face of life. The only difference is the motives and principles over which such families are founded on. Some are brought about through culture, some routine and others might be just be a natural occurrence that counteracted their journey to somewhere. Inside these founding factors, lies a major riddle that has not received successive response. Whereas some can point to something as being the source of who they are now, there is a looming paradox ism of what really is the right formula to parenthood. People grow and comes to a certain age and they think that it is at that juncture where they need to assume a new leave and they practically take action and jump the broom or cross the road. Whether in ignorance or informed nature, it takes place. Some found it happening and cued in without considering to question anything. That is how life is supposed to be some thought so. There is no sold and grounded background under the arms of some families. When we look around, the thought of not having considered that line of direction is largely spread along. Among other groups in this similar life, The decisions to assume new life has become a burden and to some a serious mistake that is highly regretted. If we delve into all factors in the interest of a child, we find the situation to be exacerbated as many children around the globe rarely get the kind of security and protection they deserve. The issue here in form of a question is that, is parenthood meant for everybody? Does everyone has the relevant requirements to clinch that title? What of these school going children who meets with this nightmare amidst their journey? Since we found families in this life, must we just choose it simply because it is a routine within our reach even if we know well that we don't have what it takes to be parents? The level of ignorance is high yet little is taking place to address the matter. People are fascinated without thinking through the whole process and more-so the responsibility part. We have a record high number of people who are becoming parents regardless of what life is equipped to offer them. Why should society punish children with issues and contents that are too complicated for their ages? Why can't people choose competence first before resting their interests if they are genuine in the first place? Don't we think it is high time we decided to level- headed about family matters and respected it and only act when we are fully informed, ready and packed with sold underpinning lessons that should determine the next step in life? It is not worthy to experience the ramshackle that  a family being the stronghold of life is going through. Can people mature up and behave as grown ups and only decide when they think they need to choose? Can we restore the dignity that family deserves? Let parents have what it takes to be parents. Don't just assume an act on assumptions and speculations. Have the desired knowledge of something that can prompt objectivity to inspire a livid decision that has complete elements to take up responsibility.            

CAREER GROWTH

Resistance: Things have changed but you are still stuck in the past. You are reading different newspapers that are portraying change of time but again all that doesn't ring a bell. You want to function the same way you first stated your career journey. New knowledge and equipments have come in and you think your old know how is suffice. Almost everything within the vicinity has revolutionized yet one is undeterred. Adamant is what you are dealing with. In short, you are stuck in a certain mud. Life changes everyday and that remains the same with your career. Resistance in life and even career kills innovation and progress. If one chooses to resist, that is like maiming a part of your body that creates an impediment to your future. Life will loose its sweetness and a person will be drowned in routine. As a career person, avoid circumstances that can lead  you in a ditch. Update your level of knowledge and open up yourself to accommodate changes. Be a good decision maker and make wise career moves that will see you grow and have a next level in your realm.      

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Knowledge: Investing money wisely has always remained as an arguable move towards one having his business agility on radar and journey to attaining dream goals of what people define as success. Chattels have remained as prime investment options for many people. You work so hard to raise fees. when you manage the said amount then an important consideration comes up. How much do you know about the field that you want to be part of? For many  people, that is their failing factor. They lack time to know a nugget on what they are supposed to know in order to buy what they want. As a result, many have been robbed and a thousand others have been double standards have pulled through their eyes. I thought this was interesting area to look at in our development precinct as it is an issue of concern. Everyone happens and hopes to one day have a life of their own definition and posses one two properties. When you are looking for something that lightens your heart and makes you feel proud of your decisions, you need to do one thing. The duty for you to perform before you play around with your money is about being empowered with knowledge. Take time and learn something. A new advert has just struck your attention with the announcement of arrival of a product or commodity. Try to investigate on your own pace before picking up a product. Life will always remain to be life and for it, there is no protocol. Take the pain to be aware of many things happening around. Remember you need confidence to do anything. Information is all over. There is knowledge out there just about anything one need to know. Stop carrying yourself as a principal prey for those who want to turn you into a cash cow. Many people have been students of life and trust me, they are the best in town. Therefore take your step and try to know what you don't know.       

ETHICS

Ethics comes closely as morals as it also points to principles and small acts that shape a person or body. Ethics is commonly talked of under professional bodies that have established rules and policies that members of such entities need to stick to while practicing their profession. It is therefore these laws, policies, and principles that constitute ethics and codes. Whatever is termed as ethics and codes are just procedural outlines of how people should administer themselves while rendering their services in their  specified fields. The purpose of such professional bodies is to ensure that work is done in the right manner using correct means. It is there also to control fraud, misrepresentation and even breaking of the rules of a country that such members reside. Ethics is just a model over which people are continuously reminded to behave in a certain way and practice rightful procedures whenever they want to do something. Any person who is a member of a professional body understands well what codes are and their value in society. For instance, journalism could not be as credible and authoritative as it is had such principles not been laid down. Journalism is open to compromise if you ask me. But since professionals want to be known and identified with certain credentials, they therefore have to adhere to what puts them intopractice and perform their duty with dignity. Remember, the subject here is not about discussing ethics because I know that almost every career person understands what it takes to be in various professional fields. The goal or purpose of this site is to act as a prompt to always put you on notice about important areas of our lives that you need to look into at a time when rules and regulations are bend as people want an easy way out. Here, we just want to signpost that codes and ethics are not meant for work only. Even your personal life should showcase a tidbit of ethics. Take principle to your heart and let them be a part of yourself. It is not commendable to portray two conflicting images yet you're one person. Let that culturted and disciplined person that we know at work place be the same person at a coffee table somewhere in the wild. Morals and ethics is what we want our society to learn. For a society to be disciplined, it will only take the effort of your goodwill in conjunction with that one of another to make a right habit. Individuals need to be pruned and be leveled,  and the only way towards that is to observe what defines who we are supposed to be and respect it. Something to put beside your mind is, as put by my hallowed mentor Harv is that, nothing has a meaning until you give it a meaning. Red is not color red until someone calls it red. Thus, ethics cannot be ethics unless we choose to adapt to what they say and do as required. Redundancy, procrastination and all other unethical behaviors could not be a description of some people and institutions if everyone assumes the right way of performing duties. Our society today could not be what it is if people decided to live in the expected manner. Keep life simple and interesting by always doing something be it duty or at personal angle in the right way. Small acts tailor people towards being full grown individuals with every part set together. Knead your life together by being concerned member of society. Add meaning to what you always lean on by practicing to behave in a correct way in order to grow our society on right principles.

Economy: Life has turned out to be an expensive affair yet people need to live. Everything is becoming scarce and a scramble to survive. Economy therefore is the word we need to learn and understand. Economy is a study of scarcity, tells us that everything is limited. People need to be careful and calculative. Know what goes where and why. Count whatever is on your table and demarcate. Time is limited, resources limited, money is limited and even man power too. If then that is the case, what does it mean to us? why should we bother to consider economics? As an individual, consider being discreet and up to the point. Be well aware of what you are doing. Check out how you are spending your time and what activities precisely are you involving with your time. Point out their relevance and value to you now and where you you project to be. Are the activities worthy your time and effort? If you find the weight to be falling, consider changing your ways and protecting your time. Look around yourself and note the kind of resources or opportunities you are exposed to. Think out how they can assist you. Find out what level of knowledge you need to take advantage of the resources. And if it happens that you lack that relevant acumen, how can you acquire it and at what budget? Once you create this kind of awareness, you get a direction of what you need to do to have what you want. Reduce your average liabilities by cutting out what you don't need. Avoid unnecessary trouble that can easily put you into cost. Cut the buying outs that are wasteful and save money. Capitalize on equipments around together with the man power to avert spending unnecessarily. If you can do a task, just do it and spare the money for other uses. Live within your means. Increase some level of discipline in your life and be mindful about almost everything you do. See the end of an action rather than its beginning. Point the changes it can bring on board whether positive or negative. Being economic can help an individual achieve a goal in one area of life be it just about a simple habit of being self aware or learn a new discipline to propel your success at individual level or career.       

MORALITY

Morality is a word used to denote the rightfulness and wrongness of an action or something. And as some know it, it is not a law nor a committal of a moral wrong sanctions any force of law whatsoever. It is a word that is enshrined in principles and guidance, a role that has been left to parents and guardians to inform the society and model to make the right choice. Whereas that duty has succeeded in the past and even now narrowly, a lot of gaps and wanting situations around people's life leaves many mouths opened and raised eye brows. Traditionally, it worked and produced men and women who portrayed character and societal values. In ancient, there was punishment meted to wrongdoers especially if they broke well set dogmas that community had to adhere to and follow. Curses among other punishments was well pronounced and most feared. Excommunication too was in place to seal up the patched people. Respect also played a role among the prominent elders that administered order in the society. If we consider ratings of yore days against today, the score cards are different. In the past, there was a lot of calm, consideration and value placed on somethings. Therefore we can say that morals were observed and maintained. Fear being the main factor that bore fruits traditionally, we cannot look at morality the same way it was carried in the days. Information is sprawled all over and it doesn't matter who is taking in on what procedure. Information is consumed by all ages. People today are so daring and would not care to listen to something that lacks credibility. Traditionally, an elder could get away with it but not in this current century.   The punishment of those days might not necessarily hold any truth or mean anything today because the source that founded them is unknown and on many occasions repugnant. Morality is exposed to danger and lacks credible roots over which it is anchored. We cannot point to a particular act to determine how to ensure its security, respect and preservation among people. It is only mentioned in one place where democracy inspires decision. No one forces another person to choose morals, so is the way how one one wants to live. Whereas liberty is so pronounced, life and circumstances around it does not take none sense as an assertion for committal of a certain thing. Society expects you to behave in decorous manner and portray the right image. For a long time now, morality has been taken as a sacrificial lamb and abused extensively. People have bought cheap habits and blamed it all on fallen state of morals. For sure the morals thermostat records poorly in this life and a lot needs to be done. Since having morals is reduced down to an individual task, those who have are countable and not sufficient enough to light the lamp of a society. Despite the under-laying factors, we cannot under rate and ignore the role of morality in a person's life. We cannot let the wall to be broken simply because it is not a law. We cannot sire a society that is precarious and weak on moral grounds. You need it, I need it, your child or friend needs it and life as a whole need them. we must do something to tighten the belt and raise the antennae of morality in our lives.

CHANGE OF TIME: The word doesn't come as a new world. Indeed times have changed and this in particular knocks on you to close certain taps and open new ones on different location from the previous position. Shifting and fitting is what is happening around. Those kind of people who fathom the essence of time know that change is inevitable and that at one point, a human being must switch to something totally different to what she/he is used to. The economy is talking, so is life also. Years have changed and all have either introduced a new outlook or suggested something in that direction. So what does change of time mean for you? You want to develop yet circumstances around you want to cut you short. Someone want to leap but he/she is tied with a lot issues. Remember before I told you that your life is your responsibility? Change of time can mean so many things for me I choose to look at it in three different dimensions. In one facet, it can depict an opportunity for you to look differently to issues around you. An open mind must be quick to conceive and learn. People are achieving their financial breakthrough during these difficult times and it is a fact. See what you haven't seen before and align your life. On a similar account, change of time could be manifested in a thought of you looking back and asking yourself what that past means to you. How many mistakes did you commit? How careless have you been living? And how can you now consolidate yourself and be focused on specific priorities? Consciousness is a good thing in a person. With it, One doesn't need to be told that Christ was born. Also change of time connotes change, the need for you to adapt and choose to learn new elements that are digging up. Don't you want to grow? Kernel lesson here is to understand your environment and listen to what it puts forward for you don't need to be stuck in the past when everything else has changed. At personal level one can choose to develop and have an edge over what is pasted around by almost everyone. Time is critical and so is your life.

Define your core values and boundaries that clearly state your personality. Name your interests and energies and identify which kind of fields suitably befit your strength. Own yourself and don't let your mind and feelings to control your life. Establish your life philosophies and cultures that sets you apart from a cohort. Look into the company around you and be sure that they are the kind of people you want around and reasons why they have to be them and not those others. Know what goes into your head, control what you see and what you feed on. Don't be a people pleader but rather redirect your time towards your most valued activities and channel hours into your career and grow up a balanced person and develop your life to shun life controversies that rocks many people in the society. All those factors have their benefits and relevance to your total life. Having a calm, checked and structured life is one admirable trait that results from being aware. Be controlled and live a life one step at a time. Don't use one day or year to jeopardize thirty years. Take considerable time and know yourself and justify every action that you do. Indicate roles of each person involved in the company including yourself. State what motivates the company to success, any cultures /philosophies? Any professional relationships be it with lawyers or insurance agent. On financial plan, bring out all financial statements namely; balance sheet, profit and loss, balance sheets at end of year and cash flow projection for the next 12 months, main objective of all these is to help you achieve your growth strategy by equipping you to prepare a financial proposal that is qualified in the eyes of financiers. ROTTEN WALLS OF MORALITY

From the previous articles, it has openly emerged that the moral walls are threatened and deeply hampered with atrocities that are so saddening. By the look of things, it seems the society is shameless and looks undeterred with its actions. Every day new habits are talked about and all are directed towards undermining the essence of life. We continuously defile our society with our mean characters to the extend of forgetting that there is an end to this life and that at one point one will recount how they used their time while alive. As we continuously rot and smell, do we ever at one point take time and consider what we do? Does the smell ever catch up with our nose? or we are so used to rancid that it  hardly affects us? Whether we lack authenticity and respect for ourselves, can't we even take not of the children and slow down on our behaviors? Now if we seek to soil every facet of life, how do we expect our children to grow and get the salient objective of societal values and norms? Can't we recognize our insensitivity and change a bit? For how long are we going to stay morally drooped? What happened to voices of reason in this life? Where did the right eyes objectivity and souls vanish to? or did people just change with time and appeared physically grown up yet mentally remained five year old that is why our society seems embroiled and indecisive? All the same, we must live and usher in the next generation. A platform should be set and be prepared for other hands to occupy. Some new breed of divergent outlook should rise up and speak on behalf of the masses. We cannot continue to tolerate a sick way of life. We cannot afford to let immorality or even corruption dominate our lives. We cannot just say that all we have heard about life values is easily forgotten and swept away by mean endeavors. We are just pretending and being unrealistic and untruthful to ourselves. There is no way vices can over power us and take charge of a large percentage of people. Talk of strong pillars of society that is endangered. Family as basic unit is seriously attacked as many parents nowadays barely understand their role and meaning of being a father or mother. If we dare mention marriage institution, its like opening a can of worms that are ready to smite and bit any soul around. Actually to be truthful, some injections are needed in this institution. It is so much rocked and bruised on its core joints and begot a question of whether the partakers understand it fully or they takes on it on the basis of ignorance. We are countered because many are founded on queasy foundation. They lack a detailed eye to scrutinize something over and over before getting involved. Superficial is what many are, and I don't fathom to whose advantage they act on. Mistakes are expensive and can rob one of a fertile future. It draws some into anguish while others turns them into cymbals of regret, hatred and anger. We haggled our principles and now we are struggling with a hefty situation that can almost throw us out of balance. People have assumed cheap ways of living and very careless about critical issues that establishes life. Titles like corruption, immorality and associated acts of poor ethics are so much highlighted in the air than their counteractive traits. Take immorality for example, it is a killer to so many people, yet little is done to correct a wrong  even if it is highly portrayed often. Sometimes it looks as if people fancy feeding on misplaced issues at the expense of the correct habit.Obscenity is much celebrated than a concerted effort to rebuild the broken walls. No one wants to take the mantle and lead the way. Even the once trusted institution that was bestowed with the duty of guiding the society at a turbulent time like this has remained silent and lost direction as well. Truthful voices lost their way in the commotion and have never retraced the right path ever since. I don't know if this silence suggests mundane and dirt and stinky actions remains.

Describe the technical features of your products/services and the manufacturing process. Indicate your production capacity, distribution and purchasing channels. Show the staffing and vendors required and those that you already linked with. Answer the questions that relate to your business. What hours do you operate? What is your physical space like, is it an office, storefront or studio. Do you own the premises or rent? What equipment do you have? Do you insurance and if yes, what kind of insurance? After commenting about location and space, talk now about your suppliers, who are your principal suppliers and if you have credit with them. Discuss also production and describe the production process or how services are rendered and the staffing levels required for carrying out the production process. Handling Equipment: Break, break, break and break then commit wanton destruction. Some people find it so easy to break work equipments. Stop the antics, whatever you are committing is called being unprofessional and unethical. The organization you work for does not have money to spent on careless characteristics. Office materials should be respected and be used on the right job and returned in the storage when what was meant to be done is accomplished. Store them safely and carefully. A career person who is enthusiastic about the future is supposed to behave like a professional and take good care of what has been bestowed under his supervision. Such habits of unprofessional ism and recklessness are career killers and must be avoided by all means. When management puts you on spotlight about being careless and unconcerned, know that your career is threatened and you might be shown the door soon. To avoid such fixation, just be responsible person and handle equipments with care and even shun such habits of theft and carrying office items for personal use at home. This should come as a warning to first time employees who might not be well acquainted with work ethics and take everything for easy because of its availability. Don't be too notorious to the extend of abandoning your responsibility to buy your own things and instead use the ones in the office simply because it is your department. Build your own career using your character. If you look a head with industrious hope and panache, the don't embrace ill habits around your career.   

SCANDALISED SEX

I thought sex was sacred and only authorized among the selected few. Whoever changed the rules and introduced compromise and made sex as a mere commodity is yet to be known. That "intelligent" man somewhere contrived a loose end that some mischievous people found so easy to jump the fence that accessing whatever belonged to nearby neighborhood was stolen too fast and the new trend spread like a viral disease and catched up among thousands. Interested only on the appealing factor, the consumers forgot to check back and know their source. Everything they ate was distorted and the partakers were happy about it and they wondered why before it was made to look so expensive. Talk of being cheap and almost everyone will beat that road to acquire easy to find goods. So young people were not left behind the bandwagon and found this notion in the air and thought it was fantastic and said yes to it. They cued in without considering both sides. They concentrated on the sweeter side and forgot about the bitter end. The ramification of the tackiness was not put into place and when it happened, it hit them unawares. The tacky habit has resulted into a lame society that cannot align its own character. That single careless action has brought about a population that is struggling to feed itself, cloth and even handle its own economy to suffice the needs of a nation. It was a work of one person that destroyed a whole some number of thousands. I mean, why should you choose sex when you cannot handle after sex? Why is young people so senseless and ignorant? They pick everything they see around them. Since they lacked someone to instill a lesson, they remained empty and decided not to do something about themselves. They were given school fees but ended up not benefiting them directly as many were too busy learning a new game that just been introduced and it was a crime not to know the current affairs that was doing round. Some did it at the expense of the effort behind the money and walked carelessly forgetting the sweat that was dripping at someplace to see them have an education and get a life. All they could do was to defile a department that they knew little about and brought shame in the village. Ses is meant for something else and that something else is not found among everybody. Did they have any long time commitment when they engaged? No, it was just friendship that was confused with the role of sex. They forgot that sex is founded on a profound act that even the most powerful man on earth han no authority to amend. In the act, it was only a certain party that were allowed to read the content and sign it only after fully convinced that they had understood every principle in the enabling act.When we have so many illegitimate children in the community, is this what pleases the heart and build prestige for people to merry? When we have children whom we can't guarantee the rightful environment and secure their future as deserved, what do we think we are doing? Because everyone is doing something, must you too do it? Why should we underate sex and act notorious about it? We said it was sacred and still remains even today. If someone knows that she/he is not within the defined category, why take something?

A research by a Canadian based news Media states that people who walk every day greatly benefit their brains.walking increases blood circulation which inn turn increase glucose and oxygen that reaches the brain in increased amounts.This happens because walking as a low impact exercise is enjoyable and healthy. unlike the vigorous exercise which consumes the extra glucose and oxygen, the additional oxygen that goes to your brains is a great way to help you reduce levels of stress. People that walk on a regular basis have better concentration and they seem to be more receptive to learning new things. the findings further suggests that walking enables the release of endorphins which the body naturally produces. the result of endorphins helps a person to have a lot of energy after walking than when you started. the endorphins also have a further effect on body aches that a person may be dealing with. Walking being an inexpensive activity and easy, anyone can do it for fun which later will benefit an individuals brain by maintaining its vitality.

What percentage of your total sales do to five customers represent? and how independent are you on these five customers. State whether your business is seasonal or continuous throughtout the year.Tell the percentage of your customers who repeatedly consume your products and what percentage drops out. Come to price and describe your pricing policies according to different target markets. Describe the competition in your industry with focus to your target market. Point out the barriers of entering your venture in the congested market and any of your strategy to capture an opportunity . In competition, find out who is servicing the same type of products, list their names and state their subsequent products. How do you promote your products differently compared to your competition. Also check how your competition are marketing their products /services if there is the difference in their pricing or do they offer benefits to customers. State the strength of your business towards your competition, is your prestige in your personnel, marketing or financial strength?    Here too mention your weakness. On your marketing plan, state what determines the pricing of your products or services and discuss your promotional strategies mainly pointing benefits of your product to your customer and what you want to promote your most. State your promotional activities you will undertake in order to reach your target market and finally, describe samples of marketing materials and medium for getting the message out.

They lack security and therefor they don't function. All they paint is a multi-colored behavior of all nature that some we find hard to put a name on. For sure our generation of young people is highly infected morally and I don't know how long this situation is going to stay or how soon it will change. Let  us signpost the phrase moral dysfunction. When we talk of not working, it is not about a handful number but a whopping ninety percent of the total sum of young people around the world. Do you know what it means that such a serious number of people are wasting somewhere and jeopardizing their future? Who takes liability over this precariousness and what causes this muddle and threaten the existence of next generation? Is there enough information on moral issues that is readily available? Do we have relevant people who are authoritative enough to speak to this generation? Where in particular can we point at as a resourceful alternative that can strongly discuss moral subjects that are prompt and of value and interest to impact the youth? Has society ever cared about its formative? Okay, supposing that all the mentioned questions were answered in affirmative, can we say that it is the concerned group that has refused to listen and that they don't care about themselves to have such questionable traits in their lives? Do you think young people are such children in their minds to have this anyhow kind of living? Where is the credibility of these institutions that they popularly frequent? Youth are mostly found in schools, a good number in church and some too in society. What really goes down in these places that lacks gel to put together and get people listening and following all the same? There are various ways to rate if for sure someone is listening. One way can be seen on how the sample are behaving. They used to do this and now they are not practicing anymore. This nature of observation suggests that such people are touched with the message and somehow it has impacted them and caused them to rethink their mode of life and change a few things around. Another method which suggests understanding of something is that the targeted subjects choose to practice and do what was taught. If change has not been registered, nor action recorded, all that means is that people did not make out what was being offer them. In that regard I don't understand the shortfalls where they come from. I don't know whether the topics of discussion are the problem or the concerned party and institutions lack suitable technique to address the young people. But what I know for real is that our moral quarter needs medication. Cases of intensive care unit are rampant and death can occur anytime. a specialist in this kind of field is missing and the source to trace one is also scarce. I don't know if we have to let the suffering die due to lack of rightful doctor. I cross my finger on this matter and wait for a ray of hope to bear a solution.

DECORUM: Growing over the time has proven to be an art rather than a science. Art in this essence, that it is only a refined and harmonious artistic work that cuts through to attain that attention from the potential buyers on the display. It has to please the eye in order to warrant a medium of exchange. A person too has to display the same attributes in order to have a place in people's mind. Decorum is one such habit that a person needs to portray in their way of living. Being well mannered does not happen on its own. Someone has to put in effort and pick some discipline to bring that lucid arrangement. The principle of being decorous is just about incorporating positive behavior into your life. You want to be fit, then choose to eat healthy foods and assume some exercises. There are sixty minutes in an hour and within these sixty minutes, a lot happens under the sun including one person in a place attaining his/her financial freedom while another one somewhere chooses to style up and decides to watch and align all mishaps around his/her life. There is always time for everything if you want. Keep order and see if there is limited time.

In our continued series of writing a business plan, today I would like to lead you to the next stage and look into the remaining areas of a plan for your business. On board today is about business description and marketing plan. First let us look at business description. Here talk about ownership and history if any.State the business name,address, owner, when started and what nature of business is that. Let us know about your mission and vision statements. Where do you want to be in the next two or five years. Discuss such things as for example the amount of sales you expect to have, the number of employees, the products you will have, number of units you would like to sell, location of your business.State the business concept. Talk about products and services.State clearly your products or services.Under here, make known your primary customers, features and benefits of your service or products, what is the average prices of each product or service, talk about distribution procedure. State whether there is any impact your business has on environment. Talk briefly about the location of your business and your management team. Here also describe the necessary steps involved in producing your products, time line between production and development. Comment also on the need to your products/service in the market. State the competitive factors about your products and their difference supposing such products already exist in the public. Talk about barriers that may hinder you from launching your products in the market. Also bring your acumen forward by stating the analysis of your industry. Describe your industry, indicate the level of its growth and its competitiveness, mention trends for  example how changes in the economy are affecting the industry. Don't forget the describe how innovation and technological change is affecting the industry.

SECURITY AMONG THE YOUTHS

We saw that the generation has gone wrong. Society is spoiled and soiled. when vices and rapacity take center stage amongst the people, and a thin line comes on board as the only separating link between what is right and wrong, what explanation should be made available for this growing child when it will posse a question about certain things in the environment? Must we have and do what we see? Why have too much exposure to issues to the extend that it beats our counteractive power? Occurrences cuts human on the spot and lays bear man on the crevices as a weak creature who sometimes loose control over himself. Why should society kneel to wrong notions and embrace limited and wanting side of story? For instance, why should society tolerate premarital sex when we know the truth?Why do we suppress the truth for our selfish interests? Does the society think it is better and superior than what puts it in place? Why demean the respected book and contempt it in our own eyes and make it look as if it is an ordinary book? Books are different in the market and they all need to be respected on equal rights on the basis of what their purpose is in life. So when you trade with a right in exchange for a wrong, whose vested interest are you acting on? Let us be real here and signpost respect for the truth.So young people grow in this society too and they see what happens. When they go ahead and practice what they feed on from their very own surroundings, are they wrong? When we witness a collection of traits portrayed and on some occasions put into action, what should people in society say? Ailing habits breeds around the young people and since this is what they have known for a long time, in their eyes they don't see anything a miss. When they act, why do we raise our eyebrows?f viciousness is what a person grows to know, how should this people learn to be sober and behave in a required manner? Dirty we are, debilitating is the situation we have at hand and delicate is what it is, who prunes and keep us clean? If someone is well aware, then you must know that this is the most dangerous and insecure place that ever existed. A lot takes place in society and little impacts it. These parents that took a walk and some went shopping as others chose to stand on the fence and prevaricated their role, what were they thinking? Whom did they delegate their responsibility to? or may be they don't have what it takes to be parents. If that is the reason, then a fascinating question to ask could be, who called them into parenthood considering all factors given the fact that it only happens on the basis of choice. Security for a young person in this life is unsatisfactory and shifting blame from one end to another is not helping at all. An interesting alternative is just about genuine and real people to come up and say no to a few things and champion what is supposed to happen. Let a vice be known as a vice and a virtue as a virtue and there shouldn't be any addition be it above or below, everything should remain in its natural state. Even those young people themselves should seek to protect their territory and stop being victims of circumstances.

CAREER GROWTH:

ETIQUETTE: Growing career wise requires discreet operation to enable one to climb the corporate ladder and finally achieve that dream that you have always wanted to attain and sit on that top seat. Etiquette among other things is one area that an individual who is career oriented need to focus into. One must be well fit to succeed. Etiquette, is a must have element to grow. Under the umbrella, we have something we call language. A tool to enable career personality to look well structured and present themselves in a regal manner as it is expected. As a career person, get used to clean- mature language. Avoid careless talks that will injure you in a way. There are words you can't embrace in office. Such words is indecency language, be it about being racist or just dirty language. Avert such scandalized version of speech. Obscene words should be left alone. you need to grow and move to the next level in your career and if that has to happen, then grow up and let the language be good and professional. In that manner hopeful tides may sway your way and a new story come into play.

Picking from where we were last week, today we will look into a business plan  outline and discuss about two major facets of a business plan. Initially we talked about eight areas that make up a business plan. Just as recurp in this issue today, we will tackle the first two areas mainly being cover page and executive summary. So what entails a cover page? Under this title, the elements to consider should be as follows: Name of your business, Business address, Name of presenter,State the organization to which you will present to, and finally indicate the date of presentation. On the other hand, when you tackle executive summary, these is what is expected; a prospect would like to see a concise summary of the total business plan not in more than five pages and should cover salient facets of the following subtopics of a business plan. Talk about the statement of purpose, market plan, operation, organizational management and your financial plan. Remember the key word to keep here is about being brief and straight to the point. Signpost your business plan to talk on your behalf. Avoid being hesitant and communicate effectively to pass your message wholly.

GENERATION GONE WRONG

The basic elements of a society has been forgotten and everybody behaves in a way to suggest that things are okay and that is how life should be lived. The generation went wrong the moment we left care fly away and rendered the moral residence vulnerable for any kind of attack. Community policy waned off and the watchdogs downed their tools and got drowned by a flood of carelessness that was heading to the south. Whether they were acting on command of high realm has largely remained a nightmare and a bad dream. We continually wonder almost everyday to what graces our eyes concerning societal morals. Why did we forget the basic elements? Perhaps because during those days, such things were not supposed to be discussed in the glare of light. On another observation, taboos were too many and the concerned people were busy fighting them to find space to discuss them later, what they meant as later, must have passed without them noticing. May be at one point it was the responsibility of a certain parent who forgot to his/her homework. Whereas confusion marred the guild, it was reported elsewhere that defilement cases were on the rise and everybody was wondering why such a thing should happen. That passed and just before it could be expunged completely from the memory, someone was stealing and everyone ran with what they could find on the way to counter the vice. An elder said, we shouldn't see such habits hampering our regal society. And before the statement could settle in the people's heart, there was this married man who was found in another man's house. Come on now, what is this? all asked and walked dejectedly towards the scene to hear the matter clearly. A squabble picked its best and people scampered for their safety. Till today, there is no clear information on what went wrong but the fact remained that someone was in the wrong house. Many more ill practices were heard off, if it was not about a certain disease that had hit a nearly by village, it was about a callous neighbor who killed in cold blood and walked away boisterously and was even heard hamming a gospel tune. May be this society is jinxed or what do you think? Can such evils happen in this real world? Are we that careless to embrace attitudes we know little about? Anyway, we were on basic elements that shape a society. Conventionalism, guidance and discreet is what we ignored to have a sick society as this one. Important notes were left behind, and since it was not a relay affair, no one picked the dropped element and handed itnto the next person to depict the same gesture to the coming passer by. Here we are with a generation that is crippled with so many critical issues that we don't know where to begin to correct a wrong committed. Question is, will we remain wrong forever or we will choose to correct?

P.S. We are ailing morally as a society and we should not deny the fact. After all, it was a matter of scapegoat that resulted into our morally incorrect life that has become a manufacturing haven for atrocities.

A business plan comprises of the following major areas, Cover page, table of contents, executive summary, business description,market plan,organization and management, operational and finally appendix. Yesterday I read a certain magazine and I was struck by one thing that got my attention about people and their achievements and career development. Here is the lesson or highlight that I found out. Everyone out there is doing whatever they can in their capacity to advance a thing that they hold passion on. They are either inventing it or launching a new milestone in their career. Now what does these mean to you? Simple, if you have a dream to make something happen, don't seat back and wait for the right moment, do something to move a head. Just a thought though.

Good elements elicited forth and I would be categorical here to you that look into that and change just even a small portion of your total life. The role of this site is to act as a chaser to remind you little details about how you should live your life and fit in the guild without too much entanglement. Today and the coming days, I would like us to focus on our society and what ails it and what should we do to effectuate our lives. So we call it a generation? Where the future of a society is pegged. We all see them germinate and sprout into beings; we nod and fascinate ourselves on how fecund we are. A nation carnally inspired to fill the earth. Hours turn into days, days into months and months into years hence life spurred. As life forms and surges forward, a lingering anxiety begins to emerge on the faces of physical world as well as higher realm. So we question, whose responsibility was it then? ooh my! someone gapers. Lifting the scabbard testifys how rotten walls of morality decry in our society today. A youthful generation today is a wall mart of morality dysfunction. The twenty first century can easily be described as a fast lane society where care and caution are thrown inthe bin of hay. It is a world where sex and HIV/AIDS ignites no worry to the formative. It is seen as a regal behavior of class and a millennium fashion statement. Even at a time when campaigns for an IDS free society is on the rife, the youths still don't get the point BUT RATHER REMAIN BLIND TO THE REALITY.  They have glorified sex as though it is a holly rhyme in the universe. Look at the lifestyles in schools be it high school or college, they are all a testimony of a generation gone wrong. Sex a once sacred mania preserved for the married only has now been turned into a casual leisure by the so called tomorrow leaders. They partake in it every other minute surprisingly even as we speak, in some place it is happening. Save the location, even car parks have been turned into lodgings nowadays? Subsequently, one may want to question whether we are raising a society of sex mongers or sex hawkers. You mean this insipid and reckless community is what entails the future?  A recent research shows that sixty percent of sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS are found among the youthful generation. A study further shows that a quarter of young Kenyans aged between 15-24 years currently engage in risky sexual practices. That 4 out of 10 Kenyan girls had practiced sex before the age of 19 years, this is according to the findings of Center for Study of Adolescence (C SA ). Supposing we go by this finding, then who is secure among the youths? What kind of foundation is being laid for the future? Who will instill sense in the minds of the young people? That is why this has to be a concern for everyone. Someone has to tell the youth the truth. That premarital sex is wrong and it remains morally wrong no matter the kind of justification one mighty raise. Sex in the present mighty be a pleasurable pastime but the ramifications in future is weighty. That the future of a life is build by what one does during his/her youth days is no mean feet. Listening or not listening responsibility is at the shoulders of every youth, your life is your responsibility, misleading yourself left and right is nauseating and indeed very cheap. It is either sex now and queasy future or being authentic and quality life. May be think about it or may be don't,after all who cares in the twenty first century?

Who makes the cut in the business rostrum and who walks away empty handed? So entrepreneurship is what you have chosen in deed? Who do you have to be to propel and realize that successful venture that you always talk about? Now that there is no clear how to be an entrepreneur manual in place on do it yourself business basis, how can you get the panache of running a successful venture under your own domain? An entrepreneur must have an attitude of success. Don't think business with divided mind. Be sure that that is the road you want to assume. Let it not be your last option simply because you job hunted and failed to secure one and thought starting a business is the way to go.You must have soul searched critically and your heart is fully convinced that that is where you ought to be.Your attitude must meet your passion.Doctrine of innovation. A business world is a very fast competitive and unpredictable platform that changes like a flash. A person who lacks the capacity to invent is set for gridlock and stagnancy.Why should you start something that you cannot develop and initiate it to go forward? Don't be drawn to misery if you are not a fast thinker and skimmer to create your own history in your business. Save yourself the energy and don't start.An entrepreneurial person should be a flexible kind that can run around so often and meet this and that to ensure every corner has what it takes to have a moving business. A business like mentality never say die. No matter hard task gets on the journey, stick there until something positive comes up. The fact that other business around are operating, that is a clear indication that grass will grow in due season. One must have an established mind on what to do and how to avoid wasting time and resources. Don't dabble, just do business. At the word go, you should be clear on what to do and assume the responsibility of a business person. Have a well thought vision to jump start you off. Know your trade well. Have the hands on experience. You must handle yourself as an expert in your field and don't just speculate that you know your profession. Prove it by doing what you say you can. Whether you are contemplating business or not, it is a good idea to stay informed and be a know -how before you start anything in your life.
