We are tired of waiting for and war.

Our trees their leaves have shed

The writer has come and gone

Spring flowers have blossomed and withered

And here we are.

Still waiting for another war

Our atom bombs have rusty grown

And bald are the heads of those who made them

But we

The ugly martyrs of another war

Do not fear

We have seen wars

We know their taste is sweet 

And their smell is good

This week we branch into a tricky issue and look at a male character with his thinking credentials. Why is he always portrayed as a weak creation on pertinent matters of sex and women? Talk of house girls; what of common sense? where is a Male's principles and values? And we dare ask, are male people weak or stupid? Listening to a talk show and at the same time reading, similar topic plays out again.  It is about men and their wayward way of living and thinking. Matters of sexual behavior seems to be too much on their plate such that some is falling off unawares and in the end creating rapturous discussions in the society about their character.

Men appear weak in the face of every passing skirt. Elements of values and morals on their part looks like a far fetched idea. They are falling off and stumbling sooner than expected. Self control has been thrown out of the window and in its place mediocrity has been edified and worshiped. Common day common sense is no longer practiced among these species. They take advantage of availability of some privileges so easily as if it is about pouring water in the glass. Sex for sure has turned out to be a Male's killer practice. How come men cannot exercise sobriety and personal discipline over such critical issue? Are men cows or goats? Why have abased their thinking capacity? Where is the difference between our modern man and a beast? It is so amazing and shocking at the same time how great men have been axed down with small action that has destroyed dignity completely in the eyes of the right thinking members of the society.

Talks of husbands and boyfriends walking away with their house girls are so rampart that one could be temped to think that our contemporary world lacks sensibility and respect. Many a male person have fronted their personal interests at the expense of guiding and running their own families in justice and maturity as expected. Instead they have perfected the art of creating scandals every other day. Girl child today is so endangered in the hands of a father. Where did all these nonsense begin to fall on us to experience such a weak and baseless men in society as the ones we have currently? What happened to common sense and decorum? Why are some boundaries being carelessly being crossed ? Must all these immorality and licentiousness be happening blatantly as we all watch? What of our future generations well being?

Who will actually stand and defend their right to a clean environment and justice? Do men lack brains? Let us be sincere here. Is it stupidity or weakness so we ask again? And if weakness, why can't people seek help to have their legs remain together? Cases of scapegoat lambastes this society in every turn of the eye.  You cannot you as person in your right mind blame the taps when you let water pour down carelessly. You have the capacity to control the water. Man just like any other mature person must exercise good judgment and responsibility. There is a lot of precariousness in families and life in general because of this kind of thinking and acting cheaply. We cannot just commit mistakes left right and blame it on something else. Let men learn how to be reasonable and be accountable to their failures if we are to progress at all. There is nothing like weakness when it comes to sexual affairs. People engage into such lengths well aware of the repercussions in the future. What we want to suggest is for men to style up and come back to their right senses. Their behavior is not serving well in the community.   

Books in Society

Let us talk about books and their place in society. They come in all genres and topics. Cases of ignorance have found a good serving here. The much talked about issues in life right now have a solution somewhere in a book. Life changes fast.Fully inspired writers across the board falls first too these changing demands and seal the gap often.It is therefore the duty of a responsible person to rise to the occasion and take advantage of the availability of books in society and make good use of them. Books have come of age to claim their position in this life. Complains we hear here and there are all empty talks of lazy individuals. Because if a person wants to stay afloat, they can do so easily without even going to school. 

Breaking out of traditions is a big deal in many a life. People keep on imitating each other and thus glorify comfort zone at the expense of their own wellness both mentally and physically. We eat bad foods yet we have books touching on nutrition.  Many lives have been endangered under the watchful eyes of their owners. People lazy around eating this and that thus ending up to be health hazards. Human beings once they are in their good health, tend to forget a lot of things both facts and truth and buy unto obnoxiousness only to be awakened by a rude shock of certain sickness. 

It is high time we as human beings started taking care of our own life. Books in society are not esthetic materials. They have their purpose. It is about you taking your time, money and effort to appreciate them. The quest to beating ignorance is a huge challenge. Situations change every day. What you knew last month is stale news today. Warm up and shape your own life. Your generation is very imperative. Have you heard of iniquity of a father passing on to the third and fourth generation? What does third and fourth generations have to do with your current mistakes/ Take care of this craziness by sampling books available in society today. Do not punish innocent souls later. It is your time to stand. Don't grow weary soon. Dust off your mind. Escape mundane traits using books. Life is not about craning your neck to see what your neighbor is doing so that you find something to talk about. Read books for growth and relevance and bring a difference around you.

Awareness; Personal Development

In life, there is this person who cannot control their temper and sometimes it out grows their petulant nature. Shouting uncontrollably is what some find to be goo music to their ears. Letting your temper take toll on you is a scandalous way of living. Correct errors discreetly. Why shout on top of your voice? Why must it be that every time you tackle imagined and self inflicted issues you have to mention some things. What does a house has to do with your poor reactions? Must you continuously remind people of how that is not their house and how they have their homes and parents? What do you mean man? Can't practice maturity in the nip of a second? What are the achievements of shouting?

When all is said and done, what about you and your image and reputation?  How do you want to be viewed around? Do you think that speaking on top of your voice is a form of power? excuse me, calm down and learn how to control your temper. Be professional. Have some little dignity for yourself. Why defame yourself in the eyes of people? Whatever the issue committed, why can't you look for a reasonable approach? Shouting from a grown up is not that presentable. Let children do that. They have the time to grow up. But you in your age and at this time? Think again. You cannot be serious. Feed your character. Prune off those unwanted branches that moves you to want to shout. Control yourself. Stop losing your mind that easily.  

Life is a journey, travel safely. Don't be the reason for minor accidents that can be avoided. Know when to talk and when to sometimes let go. Talking high especially when the victim in question is a minor is heinous to the extend of the error committed. Direct children nicely. You don't have to shout as a parent to be feared by your child. That kind of mileage will achieve in their eyes if anything a plastic image. Looking out to be respected, but how do you ask? Shape up people and learn sanity. Personal development comes your way for the purposes of self improvement. Don't ruin your image in such cases. Life is large. A small mistake must not make you that crazy. Control it before you scandalize your life. Don't make people avoid you for nothing. Who will rescue you when you badly need a hand one day? Think before action.

What lies behind House Girls?

So what if they are beautiful? Isn't it their right to be awesome? Why have they attracted such a big fuss lately. Does life not belong to them? Why do some people take them as entities or quick service replacement as some might think? House girls just like any other worker are only out to find money to better their current situations of their general life. Some husbands in their own houses can't let them rest easy. Indiscipline and interference of their privacy is what some male out there have perfected into fine pastime. Respect for marriage has greatly gone down and those expected to do something are the ones creating scenarios to pour water on the institution even more. If people were not ready to settle down, why did they choose marriage in the first place? Why take advantage of the availability of someone?

This is how child labor begins. Parents see in their own children workers. We condemn this kind of immaturity and senseless actions. Human being were given a mind to think. Individually discipline matters here. at this point, is when we ask, what happened to the education that people went to school to learn. Some went with one fool's head and upon graduation came back in the society with two fool's head. Instead of helping the society; they have turned out to be a big burden to the realm of common sense and sanity. You just don't walk on food like a dog does. Remember your head always when doing something.

Of late I was listening to a certain talk show and one could not help it but wonder how some people think and what informs their decisions. Men for sure comes out often than not as rotten individuals both morally and action wise. What does someone mean when he suggest that a husband or even a boy friend can easily sleep with a house girl simply because she is beautiful? How cheap can some people be? Don't purposely commit an offense and use something else as a scapegoat.   Men in our contemporary life need to pull up their socks and work on their images as head of family. we need to see more respect accorded to marriage from men. You all would agree that of all the uncertainties that color our lives negatively; majority of those notoriety are caused by men.

 Notable is the incessant nature of irresponsibility. Many have absconded their duties. Instead of focusing too much on matters that do not concern you; why can't you focus on the stability, peace and prosperity of your own family? Why waste money in vain pursuits to only cost your loved ones later? What lies behind house girls we think is work and respect to their rights. Malicious husbands out there stop abusing the presence of these house girls. They also need their fresh air just like any other person. Stop creating innuendos above and below.  Respect and dignity around life is what we want to see not shameless acts that if anything only lowers one's dignity

Career Growth; Ethics & professionalism

Pretense_ For sometime now; we have talked about a human being as one of those creatures that is both interesting and shocking at the same time. So what makes a normal person stop being her/him and start behaving strangely? a lot lies in the pipe when we talk about pretense. What is wrong with humanity? Character is very critical here. People do very little to culture their image and character. their insecurity drives them crazy. They're always seeking approval and walking around apologetically as though they are a misfit. some even want to hide from their own soul. Why do you want to fool people around you that you are cultured when in real sense you are a troublesome hooligan? 

what is the value interest of pretending to be this when you are that? people endear themselves to people to evade reality. As a career person, you don't need this. Be yourself and practice only those things which are within the specifications of your strength and match your abilities. Ethics in work are very imperative. Scandals and countless actions of prejudice if anything only lingers around to destroy you as a person and kill your career. you cannot work hard for fifteen years to only destroy yourself in a day or a month.  as move along life; stop being careless and immune to some things. A human being is subject to improvement and growth. Do not let  your career stream lack outlets. sick behaviors should be shied away at all cost.

To be a pretender is to be childish. Remember you want to brand your career. And you cannot become a brand with such side shows. immaturity too is one element of pretenders. Grow up with time. Create credibility. Be yourself and serve your services competently. Respect yourself and career. solve any levels of insecurity early before you embarrass yourself in the public domain. Maintain a professional image  all the time while working. Remember that a strong image will save you millions. Cases of embroilment in life looms large around a human life. You cannot afford pretense. Shape yourself. Prune yourself off protruding malice. Choose to always grow with every new day. If you wronged yesterday; today decided to change. Avert the path that characters problems. Learn how to solve problems around your life. Don't pile them. They will chock you one day and bring you into public condemnation. Just see what happened to Tiger Woods and be advised to remain as a genuine soul with well meaning intentions.

Have Men Lost It All?

Given the rampant obnoxious stories that are flying here and there particularly attached to male persons, one cannot help it but rather wonder why men in society are behaving like children. On an ordinary  day, we cannot escape to hear of extreme behaviors taking place in society. Men are rocking the community hell. If it is not Ammon in the Bible sexually abusing his half sister Tamar, then it is about a certain con pastor who is pretending to be a prophet and confusing the ignorant into paying money to him in order for their future to be unfolded.

A midst the most regrettable drooped behavior that makes wide open our mouth is about defilement cases. Fathers against their daughters. The level of trust bestowed upon male persons in society is slowly  dwindling and greatly pouring water on the level of  modesty. Day cannot pass by these days without one witnessing something extreme. Whether it is about the uncouth behavior of a husband or in fights in the house and not forgetting the traditional childish acts of irresponsible husbands. Children are suffering innocently in circumstances which they have very little contribution.

Have they gone insane? We ask you. What is happening to men's common sense? Has it happened that their season of portraying their devilish character ripened?  Why must it be this way? Where is their education? Who taught them to be men? Whom do they listen to on a daily basis? Male are registering one of their worst behaviors today than never before. The security and protection that they were formerly trusted with can  no longer be confirmed. Slowly by slowly they have majestically drifted from their basic assignments and taken into mediocrity.

Even the so called pastors have not been left behind. Their mischief is as similar as that of their baseless regular guys in the society. They bought in liars, shopped in extra-marital habits, window shopped in theft and boldly walked in their diverse industry of prostitutes and some shamelessly turned into rapists. What a classic shame? Where are we going as a society? If these are the kind of heads that we have around, who is going protect the well being of a family and generation at length?    Common sense for sure doesn't ask for much. Why should it look so costly on our men?  And if they can't be men of substance, why can't they barter with children ? Why should they festoon themselves in trousers when in real sense they should;d be wearing shorts? So when a man of the house chooses to behave incompetently around home, what should the children be told?

When are we as a society going to get reasonable men who can be dependable on to direct the society and rescue us from this quagmire?   Men, prove yourself once more that you can be trusted. You have fooled yourselves around for too long. Give the community a breather. Bring common sense on the table. You have over stayed in playing children. Come back on board and play your roles. Provide leadership that is originally expected from you. We believe that you are not all mad. Let those a few who still believes in sobriety save the day.

Of lack of self- regulation

cases have been reported here and there regarding lack of self regulation and as a result; the outcome has been bitter, shameful and distraught altogether. We have audibly heard about the murmuring from the church and how cases of impunity, high handedness and down right injustices where we have seen the weak oppressed and little children abused. Just like any other facet that lacks self regulation, we as human beings have not been left behind. You have earlier heard that evil flourish when good men remain silent. Queerness, stubbornness, failure of observing due diligence, promotion of mediocrity, infuriating the force of law and disregarding vital areas of life and taking everything as similar are some of the consequences of lack of regulations.

In that regard , when freedom is misused and diluted such that it is forced to cross boarders that are not supposed to be crossed, then everything becomes irrelevant and lacks that value and interests to the concerned. We have witnessed such madness before in one capacity or the other and no one likes such scenarios and I personally do not understand why you have to let loose your belt to only create shameless occurrences around your life. I still don't know when people in life will just appreciate a privilege as it is and use it in the right manner. Every day and even often than not, we have to include our notorious nature which ends up destroying the whole process. R regulations are about establishing limits and controls for the well being of our own life. I t is about realizing order and smooth flow of affairs. It is also about people learning to stick to the policies that govern a particular work. We don't have to walk around helter skelter.

Life has a lot that needs to be accomplished. If all we can do best is engage in wasting time in clumsiness then when will we know that life is an opportunity and benefit from it? How will we travel our journeys safely if we always want to act below par? Self regulation is about instilling discipline in human beings to talk only when necessary and not because you have a mouth. Hold on to your limits as a parent. Administer your own family according to the relevant right standards not because you are the parent and in that regard, you want to take advantage of the privilege and misuse the presence of your children and turn them into slaves.

YOU SIT AROUND LAZILY AND ORDER THEM ABOUT THIS AND THAT WITH YOUR RAISED VOICE TO ONLY INSTILL FEAR IN THEM INSTEAD OF DIRECTING THEM IN PRINCIPLES , character development and discipline. Children have to be taught to be responsible members of society but not through high handedness and arrogance. They are your children certainly but their rights as children has to be fully observed and be respected. You exempt yourself from your duties and let them at their tender ages to cook for themselves yet some have school work to handle. If you know that you are one of those parents who thinks that they are absolute and that their command is their children's order, all we can tell you is that you are weak and incompetent in some level. Real parents know how to run their families honorably.

Stop shouting around, grow up and learn to cut down on your impunity. Learn regulations. Understand where to draw the line. Talk reasonably to your children. STOP GIVING THEM A DIFFICULT TIME THAT EARLY. THEY HAVE A long way to travel where you are needed in every stage. Provide requisite guidance not fear and abuses. Every human being needs to check their limits in relation to everything that is granted to them freely. There are those who abuse their own lives. Them too we tell them to learn what it means to be regulated.   

Poetry: Sleepless in Angola

They no longer sleep.

Dissonant machine-gun cracks

And the wails of their dying

Have drowned their dancing drums.

And tomorrow-

Will there be a tomorrow?

They can no longer sleep.

A wind of awakening blowing from the north.

To dispel the despair of life's mockery

So that by death their children may live 

Once again as men.

Has called them to resist.

They are not alone:

And the oppressors shall never again

Till the weird blood-clogged earth

In peace.

They shall no longer sleep.

Me thinks we also shall no longer sleep until we choose to clear our ways by sticking to the rules and regulations that govern a certain activity whether individual or communal. Justice has to reign regardless of what we want to believe whether to please ourselves to growing evil or choosing the right path and correct our own mistakes. What do you think? What of ineffectiveness?

People are slowly tearing the fabric of life to the extend that they can't even notice the holes and the magnitude that them,selves stand the danger of falling down by tearing the background that they are standing on. You have been awarded this opportunity to be optimum and focus on having a straight life instead you refuse to appreciate the chance to scour up your life and choose banalism. You become obnoxious yet you have little knowledge of it. Your hand hits here and there carelessly and you are not concerned enough to take control of your own life.

What of ineffectiveness? You cannot perform your duty carefully? You don't honor your appointments and to add an insult to an injury; you end up giving out folded service and still expect to remain afloat? Haughtiness drops in and go about behaving as if you are a miracle to life. As if you other persons in life should bow to you. You walk around as if you own the earth. You choose to take to stupid idea of paying homage to immorality, alcohol and trash characteristics. You don't mind your language and go ahead to treat different categories of people in a similar manner. You want to compare an old man who has tasted the change of times with children? Till when will this madness continue?

 Why can't we be sensitive enough to look back from whence we came from and learn to give thanks? When will modesty define our society? Some claim to be learned when it come to basic matters of life are found playing catch up and sometimes appear to be cornered in their own irrelevancies of past traditions and customs. Who is still praying to idols when there is a living God? Consequences of misused freedom spreads fast around our lives. When some sit on top of the leader; they sometimes want to spit on those below them. You insult and name call. Some disparage their juniors and forget that there is something called future. They are oblivious to the fact that at one point or another the character and their way of carrying out affairs will one day haunt them. What will you do when every finger around will be pointed at you? What will you tell your children and spouse when they inquire of it in terms of what is happening?

We don't actually understand why man likes edifying evils/ People are quick to take notice of weirdness as compared-to sanity. Just look around. Man breaks the law passionately. His legs are always walking around looking for trouble. Smooth running of state of affairs is fast disturbed. Harmony has been interrupted with. Man appreciates disorder more than order. We always want to deal with emergency and cases of uncertainty. But we ask you this question, for how long will you water ineffectiveness in your life? Why do you want to be burned with the same fire that you can easily control? Cut down on your mistakes.

Life is epic. There is a lot of things that a normal human being can do instead of creating trouble always. Focus on the purpose as to why you are alive. If you haven't done that, then you  would rather dedicate considerable time to accomplish these. And if you find that you are licking your hands from a soft spot, then slow down on arrogance and learn what humbleness means. Learn to give thanks in due season before you fall off your ladder.    

Consciousness; Bible Study

What is in the character? Let us talk about leadership and how a great guy who is fully blessed and at the same time granted that opportunity to administer others and how one should behave. Look at David in the bible and let's begin from there. When David got rest from his enemies and when God had greatly blessed him and he had a good house to himself; one that was built of cedar, he thought to himself as to how can he be dwell in a mansion yet God's ark stayed in a tent? David thought to do something and was quickly developing the idea of building the Ark of God a nice and presentable place to dwell in. In this story; we pick a very interesting trait that we would like to expound on. So when you're affluent and of influence to the community or a nation for that matter; you need to understand that it's not just in time for you to engage yourself in cases of impunity and obnoxious stances to take center stage of your popular life.

 Stay sober always. Don't let what you have and do determine how you behave and treat those around you. When David was extremely blessed and given rest from all those who had previously pursued his life and brought about affliction in his career, he never went about boasting or beating his chest of how powerful and mighty he is. He never talked of himself nor mentioned something under his name. He literary never pointed out at one point that he it was during his reign that Israel got a breakthrough. Instead David despite all those blessings and caps around his life and career, he remained a humble man and put God's interest first. When promises were made to him through prophet Nathan, David was touched and went into the tent and thanked God profusely. He was taken aback by God's favor to him and his offspring.

 At one point, he asked that who is David that all these mighty works have unfolded before him? Such is a leader that we all need to be. Remain sensitive to basic issues and matters. Wealth and our positions in society is quite different when it comes to the whole issue of life. You as a person must choose to contain yourself. Don't leap around yakking restlessly.  Maintain your calmness and thank God for the privilege. Don't mistreat nor lead others with a fist of iron. Don't be irrelevant and immune to life occurrences. Be compassionate and reach out to those who need you.

 Don't front your own interests. Take every milestone in your life as God's favor and always give thanks for everything. Therefore; a character that is well fed and grown to maturity knows how to direct the body and everything around it . Choose today consciousness and learn from the best who have all the requisite elements of a credible leader to help you lead a wonderful life. Above all; don't allow things you own or control ever run your life. Be humble and enjoy life. Maturity is very important. Take care of your character on a daily basis. Here is to your consciousness.

Morality Thermostart/ Immaturity

This sin of commission and omission has proved that it is ingrained somewhere in our society and is not going to be brushed off that easily. It has turned out to be a cup of tea for those of us in society who have persistently taken our lives for granted and treated it with indignity by being characterized with COUNTLESS SCANDALS OF ALL SORTS. UN PROFESSIONAL  persons who take life matters casually are also a definition of this pool. They behave as if they were solely created to cause eyes turn and heads be shaken. Unperturbed as some seem. Don't you think you is a tired move? Sale  a life to the third party opinions? At age forty someone still accepts to be mislead and queues in sheepishly ? Are we serious? If grown ups can behave in such a questionable outlook, what will the children do?

Where should they find reach parents who have what it takes to direct them and correct their mistakes? Immaturity is scandalizing many a persons lives and turned them into baseless heads sold into their own mess. Life can be defined in many facets. And among those definitions , we here look at it as an opportunity for one to create, benefit, improve, impact, change , inspire and correct errors among other perspectives. Life is about improvements. Earlier on when we were just starting out our blog we discussed with you about the elements that make up life and why we have them in life. Mistakes, occurrences, people, and failure are some of the elements we addressed. Let us take on mistakes .

 In life, surmountable failure of all nature tends to pursue a normal human being. We told you earlier that mistakes are in this life to shape us and clean our lives. We need them to be good learners and good hearers. Lot of mistakes have been committed before in our life both in the past and present. These mistakes don't happen to be a corner stone of gossip to be talked and be mused by people. We need to mature up fast and open our eyes to life realities. Cases of immaturity have been rampant in society and you don't need one to be one of the case studies to shape up. Look around and see how people have been troubled. Some could not settle down and chart their own future development.

 They have been questions of indecision and because of that they remained prisoners in their own minds and followers of others opinions regardless of their repercussions. Every one needs calmness and peace to think wisely and correctly. We are the custodians of the society and not the other way round. We cannot afford to let circumstances of life determine how we should live and think. The fact that society is embroiled in felonies of all nature does not necessarily mean that we should also appear as rotten. It is life. Choose consciousness and be available in every moment of your life. Your life is your business. Stop letting loose your gate to third parties to inform your decisions and choices of life. Keep with us we tackle immaturity to its core.

We are tired of waiting for and war.

Our trees their leaves have shed

The writer has come and gone

Spring flowers have blossomed and withered

And here we are.

Still waiting for another war

Our atom bombs have rusty grown

And bald are the heads of those who made them

But we

Immaturity conudrums; Questions of indecision persist to the Nerve.

Moving from one town to another' off goes to Nairobi. At one point, this man is seen seated busy writing obviously keeping his favorite scenic reads close to his chest from his newly bought book. From a far, one will be tempted to think that this man is a well cultured man who enjoys freedom of thought and not a prisoner of his own circumstances. But wait a minute; as he opens his mouth to speak, the tone of his voice tells it all. He speaks angrily with a tone of authority to remind the addressee that indeed he is the head. Irresponsible, uncouth, loose character, insecure, traces of ignorance are some of his characteristics commonly featured in his routine life. On an ordinary day, he can pass as a noble gentleman for his calmness and collectivists stealthily hidden behind his pretentious demeanor to  a guest   or those who don't know him well.

The man whom many identify as a pastor is a case in waiting to be determined later in public ridicule court. The man in question is characterized with countless tassels of indecision. He cannot make a decision to grow up and take up responsibility as both a husband and head of the house. Surprisingly, he also does not know whether he is married or not yet he has a wife in the house, he still presents himself out as a single man. Due to that fact, his briefcase is also at hand and his bag packed ready to commute between Valley and Nairobi. While in the big city, the man forgets that he is a pastor and tries out new antics of extra marital preferences having duped the wife back home that he is in the city on a work mission.

Reports of surprising news are trickling in slowly by slowly causing some to look at him suspiciously. He is not a teenager. Why should he behave so immaturely to that extend are just some of the questions we are lingering with.  To what extend can people exhibit? Must you be talked of the town to change your behavior?  We are just wondering where some people grew up and went to school.  If you cannot make a decision to control and manage your own life? How then can other people trust you that you will act responsibly and reasonably enough to carry out your duty faithfull6y ? Shame after shame is what our mature persons in society have perfected and assume as a norm of life. That sort of lifestyle is irritating and perturbing at the same time while the correspondents have grown immune to decorum and order. What we don't clear understand is that, where do people place their senses to let time pass them that long to only wake up in their mid forties yet they actually portray five year old -cum teenage antics? Is our society save if this is anything to go by?  And if that is not enough; do the victims themselves understand  what caliber of chaos and frictions they cause around the lives of those who come into proximity with them ? We here condemns such kind of statures and advise everyone to look into their live and prune out any sort of conundrums.

Books and society

The other day we signposted to you one of the life's most treasured book that is the bible and discussed how it is a must have -cum read for everyone who values life and consciousness. Today we focus on books and indeed let us talk about books and their indispensable nature. There is no way or time that books will be thrown outside the window in this society or even the coming societies. They posses perpetual genes that have just to be carried forward to the next generation. 

Masses have to be informed. That is why GOD INSPIRED AUTHORS OR RATHER THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY which has lambasted society from all corners whether Africa or Europe. People have to read even God himself know that and has gone further and provided provision and blessed authors to carry out that assignment of keeping the masses abreast and an opportunity for them to sample different genres of work from various writers across the board. Our bottom line is that; everyone has the opportunity to get education. Books create equity in society and narrows the gap between the less educated to elites. In this industry, all are welcome regardless of backgrounds. If you want education you will get it in the most convenient way that you desire. You can choose night or day or even go on holiday with your books with you to fill up the gaps in you. There is no complain here that you were not given school fees.

 Warm up to books and stay save ahead and build milestones in your education. At one point or another , we are tempted to say that you don't have to pay in an institution to appear to be learning . You can learn by yourself so long as you know what you want. We urge you to stop being ordinary and doing everything ordinary until your sweat smell ordinary. Choose a difference. Find your own wow factor to protect yourself and your life from unnecessary scandals and antics. Don't suffer from  prejudice, hostility, ignorance , apathy yet we have books in society. You will be reducing value in your life. Learn how to walk safely through books. Life bis a forest. It does not have this straight path that can lead you to your destiny. You must find the way. And one way of finding the road is to count on books to clear the forest for you.

 Life is full of security risks. Learn how to think like a human being and stop replicating the same mistakes that were committed when human was still discovering himself. Appreciate the milestone created and again thank the creative persons out there that have ensured that we don't run short on books but instead new inventions are realized everyday. Don't remain behind and blame someone later. Come out of the cocoon and be in touch with reality. Wake up your senses as the time now is the information age in a twenty first century.

So immaturity is proofing to be a hard nut to crack by some baseless persons in society to the extend that it is becoming their permanent fixture in their everyday lives to portray discomfiture comfortably? They are hampered with loose tongues, character misfits, insecurity and mostly credibility test yet they take to life as though nothing precarious happened. To what extend will our senior members of the society ranging from some of our parents to grandparents persist in leadership crisis? When will we know sobriety and tranquility if they continue behaving the same way you knew them five years away?  Should we take it silently as a normal way of life? Must some people be always be the ones hurting and misleading the growing children? Why you as a parent be the cause of uncertainty in your own house? That the moment your son or daughter sees you stepping in the house they escape to their rooms or everyone goes silent in the house.

This is not what we need. Society and its inhabitants need heads who can direct and boldly correct mistakes around the family and community at large. Why should you be hunched by skewed ways of presentation in public ? That where you grace people discuss you in low tones . Eyebrows raised always when spotted somewhere. Surely; is this what we need as a society? Life has a lot to be tasted and teach. When will society learn the daily intelligence that is presented everyday by each new day? Why let precariousness be the definition of your life? Disappointment, scandals and prejudice is what has become the norm of many persons across the board.

Your children innocent as they appear don't need this kind of lifestyles. Give them peace to grow up well. Let them have that opportunity to ask questions and answer them correctly to clear the blurs that might be on their way. Be there when needed.Dig around your character and be what it takes to be a parent. One thing every child do not need around their homes is about the misunderstanding and quarrels everyday. Mature up quickly and play your role as a right thinking member of society. Correct your own errors. Do not let them grow into chronic mistakes. Respect the growing generation. They have a long way to go. And in this journey, you as a parent play a very delicate critical role in their well being.

Do not inspire wrong gestures or cause to be quoted later that you were the one who posses such an awkward trait that your son or daughter has taken to today. It is not fair at all. We don't need this lameness in both character and leadership. Parents take up your responsibility , guide the society and clear this dark cloud that hangs around your credibility as right thinking members of the society. Remember that in every step of your life, you are being monitored closely by someone with that skewed public outlook is rather sad, not only that but also pathetic and loathsome. Incivility is bad smell to children. Give us a fresh air in terms of character.

It has all the elements to make it remain news to the ear and eye respectively. Are you looking for promptness, value, and interest, prominence, or relevance? The bible has them all.

What of Drooped Character?

So they say is one of the common characteristics of immature people who if anything do very little to improve their thought patterns and how they handle their lives everyday. Their life is full of muddles yet they are unperturbed of how they act. That some people in society have reduced their lives into a scene of scandals is not an understatement. Speaking on top of their voices and shouting at each other especially when in an argument is a common scenario here. And when we talk of drooped character, we are not particularly talking of one person in this context. This behavior is widely spread across our lives in our daily lives. Questionable speech, extreme comments abuses and general performance of these caliber of persons are somewhat embarrassing .

Simple basic manners of courtesy are not their common table menu. A simple appreciation is too much for them while they are contributing positively towards the betterment of this life with their poor character. Disadvantaged sufferers here are the little children that are found within this confines of drooped people. Why should you take life for granted to that extend? Why should anything be taken to be something? Don't we know  that  we are supposed to be calculative and thoughtful always? Why characterize your life with stupidity and indiscipline? Do you think you are alive to misbehave? There is more to this life than foolishness, childishness and mediocrity.

It is not our first time that we are addressing cases of immaturity and its consequences. No one is interested to know how callous you are. These are not life supporting behaviours and  you don't need them in the first place. Our society today is crippled with such sick habits that are dealing a major blow to life. The correct norm of life is sidelined and depleting slowly everyday yet no one is careful enough to save the future. We know we are messing but we continuously engage in our fallen ways. this society needs genuine people who can stand and be counted in both character and principles. We don't want people who appears to be struggling always with their thoughts and fitting in life. Common sense is freely distributed to everyone and you don't need to pay for it to access its services.

What we can't stand is the mixed reactions that our growing generation gets out of our habits. We don't need this confusion. Let us all practice maturity and open mindedness. We don't want always to be hearing speeches where a mother somewhere persistently reminds her children that she is the mother and that in that regard; they don't have a word over her even if she contravenes their rights. Children have to take it that way. By whose laws are such perspectives founded? Insecurity is not an excuse to abuse the rights of others simply because you are who you think you are. Grow up and practice justice to all whether children or your age mates. Improve people. choose to restore dignity and sanity in both public and in your private life. Whereas you lambast yourself with uncalled for character; one thing you don't want to forget is that someone somewhere is practicing excellence to impact life positively.   

career growth

In our career growth today , we would like to tackle carelessness or rather lack of professionalism. Some time last year, an assistant minister in the ministry of water came out loudly and uttered a statement that is turned out to be an incitement to a certain group of people in the country.  the words are creating uncertainty and a temporal state of intolerance between the named group and fellow citizens in the vicinity. One thing we would like to point is that, was it even his role to attend to insecurity that takes place in the country or even his constituency? Does he know that in Kenya we have a force of law in the names of the police who are bestowed with that responsibility of restoring law and order in the land? Why come out in arms pretending to be fighting for justice only to end by worsening the matter by causing the death of another two persons due to his utterances? 

The instances of this nature are caused by people who don't know how to carry themselves professionally. They want to be everything and everywhere at the same time. their state of restlessness not withstanding are a big problem to their careers themselves. They commit a wrong and want to justify it as a right. In career we told you before that it is about carefulness and observing due diligence in order to win the faith of those whom you attend to. Unprofessional ism is costly and shameful.Sometimes portraying those involved to appear as children and immature as well. Must you comment on almost everything that goes around you. Recognize the presence of other professionals around you. Stop crossing borders and creating unnecessary anxiety.

 Don't be a scene of din and a den of commotion that only if anything seeks to scandalize you and those around you. Why create doubts in the minds of right thinking members of society and at the same time cast a dark spell on your future career? We believe you don't need all these muddles. Try to upgrade and rise the level of how you handle yourself in career. In short, respect your career and treat it fairly. Act when your services are needed not because you want to pull a public stunt. Remember you want to create milestones in your career that at one point it will speak for you.

 All you need to remember is that people are watching you and what goes into the mind is hard to be erased and forgotten. Cut off unwanted sides of clumsiness. Choose decorum and always be level headed. You are not a child but rather a career person. Career is about building confidence and trust in people so that they can believe in your ability or the services you offer. Professionalize yourself to avoid unwanted attention and public ridicule. Remember we do this in the interest of our future well being.

Let's Talk The Talk

Your ears are open and listening, your eyes open and seeing and your senses are attentive and can feel the beat . What are people listening to and hearing? It is the talk of the common man. Always clouded in his daily routine of countless mistakes and numerous falls. Some walked into marriage with their uncultured mode of living and are now having a hell of a time. What of that chauvinist husband who seems to glorify queerness ? Stuck in the past and pretends to be a know how? What of those who have continuously sowed and watered uncouth ways of living and are now almost baptizing their poorly acquired misfortune s and treating them as normal ?

Our big society carries all and sundry. Modesty and madness are all pitted against each other. Life has been reduced into an insipid drama that looks like a poorly developed script that has all characters wrong. Misplaced priority is the characteristic behavior of many a people. Little regard has been placed on decorum but instead much energy and attention directed towards exposing rotten nature of a human being. The talk of the talk is about humanity and his selfish nature.

Everyday is just about them and their endless list of demands. A super majority only kneel when forced by circumstances . Otherwise on a typical day; they are characterized with dismal performance and giving praises to vanity. When man has time to correct yesterdays' failure; he instead dedicate that time to immorality, injustices, corruption, arrogance and witch hunt. When we listen in, we continuously hear complain from one field. Marriage in our society has been scandalized and lightly taken as if it is an equivalent of hide and seek. Many failed to consider relevant facets and due to that, they are the worst hit and are on the verge of falling and going for each others neck.

 For sure if there is a place where Satan is having a field day then it is in the family and marriage. Animosity is what has become of many families and marriages. Extreme complains are emerging fast and shaking the foundation of these two pillars. The extend of contempt in marriage is unbearable. The calmness that society needs to discover its best angles are largely missing.

 Dwellers are embroiled in their own mess. Their enemies always finds them unawares and hits them hard and arrogantly and shamelessly. We largely suspect that a considerable number of members of society have prayer on their daily itinerary. They are rocked insane by the very circumstances that at one point or another were part and parcel in promoting them. Today in our lives, a foul smell is what reigns high in many a lives. But really; must we be that loose to loose control of almost every thing ? Where is modesty? Don't we claim to be educated?

Consequences of ignorance is largely coming out as a serious factor that is clearly inhibiting some people's development and general well being in both physical and mental health. Generally, ignorance comes in as a form of disease or just plainly a stumbling block towards achieving one thing or the other. It is such outrageous in that it also affects a personal way of making decisions and casting someone into confusion to whether they should move ahead or remain stagnant. Doubts and cynicism are some of the characteristics of ignorance . 

People are always left in the cold and a sort of quagmire stalling too long in one off circumstances at the expense of their aggregate progress of their whole life. For that reason; we feel obligated to address again this topic though we had earlier discussed something in that direction. You have heard not once or twice but rather numerous times the Bible not withstanding that people get lost or loose focus for lack of knowledge. Without information a lot of affairs are mismanaged and plain words misinterpreted and sometimes causes disharmony around people's lives. On a typical day , we hear of countless stories of which ninety percent of such matters are cases of ignorance.

Many issues that grip the society today are all associated with ignorance . And the consequences of ignorance are as laid bare as the sun in a noonday; a matter that needs to be talked about almost immediately. You don't have to be tossed left and right simply because you don't know something . Make it your daily responsibility to seek resourceful information that always help and enable you to be stable to think independently and at the same time administer your decisions securely without injuring yourself or creating scandals around your life or put unnecessary contempt unto innocent persons. Why do you want to look displaced in your own house?

You don't need such occasions. Take care of your own life. search for information to place yourself in a potential position to avoid problems. Always have knowledge about something before involving your5self in one way or the other. Don't commit if you have doubts inside . ignorance kills. 't underestimate its presence. Address ignorance with prompt. The hassle or haggles that comes with it are so unnecessary. Counter ignorance before it gets its good side of it on you. You might cry; just think of it.

MORALITY THERMORSTAT/ WITCHCRAFT

On agenda as we greet you and welcome you into the new openings of the new year is a major into this rather controversial topic that is witchcraft and its repercussions on the lives of members of the society. The practice has turned out to be a costly affair and at the same time acting as a cash cow for the so called camouflaged witch doctors and their associate sorcerers. Drawing the line between satanism and trueness and relevant of this particular trade is actually a matter of conjecture. Believers of this mischief have literally had their field day at the expense of their fellow members in society whom they have turned into sacrificial lambs at the altars of witch doctors and greatly gone ahead to cause surmountable loss both monetary and physical of unsuspecting members of society.

In this trade, impunity has been glorified and human rights highly stumbled on. Compounded cases of jealousy, hatred and open day evil are some of the implications cited as the major driving force as to why friends , neighbors, and relatives have turned against each other to seek false supernatural powers in witchcraft thereby causing unprecedented afflictions  that has cost many countless sleepless nights. Some interesting news though about witchdoctors and all its cohorts is that, what they purely do is about giving glory to Satan in continuing his destructive works as they are direct employees of the devil on our physical earth carrying out his assignments and literary contributing to the biblical citing of stealing, destroying and killing otherwise identified as Satan's kingpin agenda on human life.

So when lives are lost and property destroyed, should we just remain silent and withdraw from such matters? There is a lot of evidence conspicuously pronounced out there that can be linked to witchcraft. Talk of of the failed projects inside our society. What of the madmen and women still inside our society.? Again; what of the graduates who have stalled far too long now from making major landmarks on their part of their varied ares of specialty?  Till when are we going to ignore this devastating big issue that is  robing the nation in an open day? Witchcraft is a matter of public interest because it is directly affecting the society whether we like it or not. Witchcraft is no longer a morality or spiritualism anymore. In a plain explanation , it is a surreptitious theft that has flourished over time and right now is extensively advertised and carried out with utmost level of impunity and arrogance for lack of a better word.

We believe that it is high time people waked up and fought this vice that is slowly eating into people's effort and practically watering down the developmental state of a nation. We can no longer look at witchcraft as an ordinary trade. No. we don't need it in our society. It is a major treat to security, health, family and wellness of a nation to just mention a few. Witchcraft is everything wrong. It is about falseness and destruction. It is presumptuous and demeaning. A life detractor and a recipe for discord amongst people. Don't buy a lie for a truth. There is no way falseness and truth can mean the same thing. Wipe out witchcraft. We only have one authoritative power and force; that of the living God. He is the only one who knows our destiny as human beings. Witch doctors and their charms are liars and thieves. So when this deal looks too good, think twice. Enjoy.
